  Kusmi Tea website is easy-navigating, giving good information on products and making product finding and buying easy and fast. Suggestion: put language flags to top of screen. Website gives French as preset language and I (among most of Finnish people) don't speak French more than "Merci". So language indicator and changing possibility should be visible immediately when accessing site. Now it was found as text at the bottom of site after lots of scrolling.

  I didn’t receive the order and reship odd same order was requested but again no details of new order or tracking details being forward to me. I now have to request the refund through PayPal by disputing transaction. No other choice, no phone number or contact apart from email which is very slow in response.

  English language website is a disaster - some pages loop in (for some gift/taster sets for example), the shipment costs change between the initial check out and final sign off. Live chat is actually 'reply-after-two-days' chat, and on top the answer I got was not even merely related to the question I asked. No possibility to cancel an order or update contact details if you realised you made a typo. Will likely not use again!

  My goods have not arrived. I received a dispatch email which gave me the option for redelivery date. As we were away I did all of that delaying the delivery. But then received an email on the original delivery date stating goods not left as no answer. No redelivery has been attempted. No card waiting for me saying they had been. The website gives no information. I have no idea where my goods are.

  Solid one. No, not solid. If I could give a zero I would. In short: -placed order on 24th, delivery times on website says 1-2 days. -on 08th August wrote to CS where is my package -no " sorry, you haven't gotten your order", no " we will check the matter". the only answer is it takes 30 days max the package can get stuck in customs and that it left France. No replacement offered. just like that -15 minutes later check the website of the forwarder - it says package haven t left France. WOW. I hope their tea is of better taste than their customer service attitude. ;-/ open the case on PayPal. Buyers BEWARE. Go buy somewhere else and save yourself a hassle. If I wouldn't have seen the bards in store I d think they are a FRAUD. maybe they are tho?

International shipping (particularly to Israel) is very expensive and time consuming despite the courier service. In Israel, Colissimo is delivered by EMS courier service, which in addition charge very high (9.2EUR) customs brokerage fee (despite the fact that a package worth up to $ 75 is exempt from all taxes and duties).
