  My favourite tea on the planet! Especially the Earl Grey Intense. When air travel was a thing I used to pick it up at Luxembourg airport as I passed through. It is very hard to find here in Ireland. With those travel days on hold I was coming to the end of my store when I was given a gift of more, bought on line. A wonderful discovery! The site is easy navigate and I have made the most of the current sale to ensure my supply.

  I am a longstanding Kusmi tea customer, having ordered and enjoyed their products for years. Sadly, I have seen a deterioration of their offering recently, with their selection of teas getting narrower and narrower, and some staple flavoured teas disappearing. This may be the result of what seems to be their increased focus on fulfilling orders from large corporate clients such as the SNCF, yo the detriment of loyal individual customers. I was further disappointed after the completion of my recent, substantial order, exceeding 150 euros in value. Not only did I fail to benefit from free delivery but even after paying for a 10 euros International DHL delivery, I was told that my order could be held up to a month in customs. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and god knows when I will receive the goods. I understand that this is a direct result of Brexit but I find it dishonest that the company doesn't disclose such information at the time of checkout. I would then enable customers to order - at their own risk. Ver disappointing.

  Two of the tins were damaged in transport due to in adequate packaging. They were immediately replaced when I sent photographs of the damaged by the very helpful customer service team. As always, the tea is excellent.

  Отличный сайт,покупкой осталась довольна.Единственный минус на заказе не был указан мой номер телефона,поэтому возникли проблемы с доставкой посылки на дом,мне пришлось выяснять где посылка и ехать самой забирать,хотя оплата доставки была не самая дешевая.

  The products are excellent, the website so-so but th fulfilment and the logistics of delivery are ridiculously expensive and and very slow (takes a week for 700 kms and they surcharge 10 euros). I only order on their website if I cannot get their tea from a local seller.
