Review collected by a third partyDr. Joana Reyes is AMAZING! She is kind and compassionate, and took the time to actually listen to what I was saying before suggesting any kind of treatment. I finally (after 15 years and being prescribed the wrong type of medicine) feel like I'm on the right path and am working with a doctor that listens. Even though I have health insurance, my deductible is so high that I really don't go to doctors locally unless it's an emergency. Even though Klarity is all out of pocket cost, it's still WAY more affordable than going to someone in my network, and that has allowed me to seek the help I really needed! Thank you Klarity, and thank you Dr. Reyes!!!

Since I never sought this type of care before, I was nervous not knowing what to expect but I quickly felt comfortable telling her about all the mental issues that have plagued me since childhood. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment options and helped me weigh options for my case.

From the first appointment to follow up appointments, she has been able to address all my needs for ADHD treatment through both medication and providing useful feedback that helps me manage my ADHD really well. She is fun to work with and the skills she uses to actively listen and create solutions have benefitted me as a person as well as helping my ADHD. Thanks to her I was able to take a quantum leap forward in my career and personal goals because my ADHD was finally managed correctly. During our first appointment we talked about strategies to manage time effectively including time blocking, taking breaks and more. It used to be a struggle to focus on any one thing and to delay gratification when it comes to accomplishing important tasks, but now using those techniques I'm able to take a look at my actions and realize that I can do my best now or have to struggle through a task later on. Since working with her, my confidence in my ability to get things done, focus on what's important, and have positive interactions with others has been boosted. She has been a role model to me as I work on active listening, workplace task management and prioritizing life tasks. I've had a great time working with her and finally understanding my ADHD. As far as Klarity goes, I've enjoyed using your system, it makes submitting my pre-appointment forms easy and the video calls have been great to get a face to face connection with Joana during every appointment. Klarity is an affordable yet still personalized way to manage ADHD and I would recommend it to anyone who is still going to in-person psychiatrist appointments. It's really convenient for me since I have lots of things to accomplish during most days, I'm happy with the service which fits great with my lifestyle.

Klarity provided an affordable and convenient alternative to traditional, in-person treatment by providing flexibility and allowed me to meet with Dr. Benjamin Domingo in the comfort of my own home. He was kind, understanding and knowledgeable, and put me at ease by recognizing the difficulties I had been living with for years due to undiagnosed ADHD - and provided a treatment plan that was simple and effective. I began to see results almost immediately and I was there to answer any questions. Klarity makes communicating with your doctor as easy as sending a text. I'd recommended Klarity to anyone who has been putting off seeking treatment for ADHD.
