Review collected by a third partyMental health is intimate and Joanna Reyes makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to listen. I love the service ease of use b/c if you have ADHD scheduling can become an issue. It is much easier to take the time from home. I also like the intake form process.

Review collected by a third partyI am a business owner with ADHD. I went to Klarity for help with medication management. Provider Jeremy Verhines worked with me and my unique situation to efficiently get me set up as a new patient. He even had my prescription ready for pickup at the pharmacy within two hours of our appointment!! Having dealt with ADHD med refills for a number of years both here in the USA and abroad, I can honestly say this is by far the fastest I've ever been able to accomplish this. Of course, there is always going to be some red-tape and verification due to the controlled substance regulations tied to ADHD meds--this is true here as well. Regarding this aspect, Jeremy was very personable and professional at all times and worked through the questions he had and patiently listened to answers I provided. My situation is definitely not typical and involves a bunch of refills in foreign countries, documentation in foreign languages, medication changes due to legalities, etc. A few doctors that I've seen have had a very hard time with this but Jeremy instantly understood and didn't even skip a beat. All in all: massive time-saver, definitely legitimate, 5/5 stars for exceptional service and execution.

Especially when scheduling with other specialists can take months of waiting, it was such a relief to get an appointment and recieve treatment in just a few days. The process overall is very user friendly. Joana was very sweet, direct, patient, and made the overall process less stressful.
