I was even able to make an appointment for a weekend evening! Doris Jones was promptly on time and greeted me professionally but also warmly. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. Doris went over everything with me including different therapy options and what things to watch for when starting. I'm so happy I found this company and looking forward to continuing care with you. So, thank you.

Review collected by a third partyMy provider Doris Jones was very professional. I had concerns switching over from Cerebral where it was impossible to contact your provider and you would constantly be assigned new ones that wouldn't even read your file. But Doris mentioned all her clients get to stick with her so that was reassuring, and she also said she would do her best to always get back to me within 24 hours. Also you're able to schedule more than once a month I really liked that too! My provider listened to my concerns and gave me many treatment options. I was explained that how well a med works can be down to the individual, so it's really a trial and error sometimes. I decided to go with what I already knew had worked for me in the past so hopefully I don't have to keep switching meds anymore :) would recommend Klarity so far 10/10!
