    Most issues I've had could of been avoided if I would of taken time to understand their system and how it works. CHECK emails sent AND the PORTAL. Check make sure you request PRIOR to date. Anything that upsets system will cause delay. Also if can't find it search on how to do it. I had issues scheduling an appt early but once I figured out talked to provider within hours. Growing pains but well worth trouble. Works with you.
