  The ordering, confirmation of receiving and updates on delivery. The Quality of the clothing is as I see it is excellent. Trust me on the jeans. No wonder it takes longer. These definitely can be worn to events, even casual formal. I look forward to a new selection. The current selections are geared for Dad wear. Not my thing. I bought 2 shirts, 2 undershirts and the jeans. Price I feel is more than reasonable.

  difficult to get the right size after multiple orders. must order new and then return ship for refund.... 2 orders later still trying to get the right fit after spending alot of money for these very expensive shirts.... on the plus side their customer service does seem to be responsive and trying to assist.

  We like the quality and the uniqueness of Hammermade shirts. We have moved away from the city where we were able to shop at a retail store, but my husband recently needed some new shirts. We ordered online, and the experience was good. My only suggestion is that the sleeve size needs to be more clear. My husband wears a 15 1/2, and the description said sleeve length was 34/35. Well, it makes a difference, he needs 35. Additional clarity on that would be good. This shirt fit and the sleeve length was good.

  I had a really good experience shopping online with hammermade. I received an email with deep discount offers and was able to search items available in the size I was shopping for.   Ordered size small t-shirt 1/30/23 online. Received size M shirt 2/4/2023, although included packing list/invoice noted size S. Sent email 2/4/2023 (Sunday) to Customer Service email listed on website. Received an email Monday 2/5/23 from UPS with return label - was reluctant to open the email as nothing received directly from Hammer Made, and plenty of scams involving unsolicited courier communications. I called the Hammer Made contact number from website Monday 11:19am PST, left a message. I sent a contact submission from the Hammer Made website this morning (Wednesday 2/8/23). I have still not heard from anyone. All I want is the product that was ordered. Either their packing/shipping department made a mistake, or someone decided that the customer would get whatever was close at hand rather than looking at their inventory.

  It’s a bit difficult to tell the actual size of items that are small, medium, large, and extra large. A person usually needing large needs an extra large, and I suppose the man actually needing an extra large is out of luck. But your shirts by collar size are accurate and, again, beautifully tailored. You need to up size your outerwear items to more closely match actual American menswear sizes. I’ve been running into this problem for years. And it would be nice if you expanded your size range to meet the needs of larger men as well as the small, whippet thin male. Especially in your outerwear. Thank you.

  I love everything about Hammermade, except for one big thing (from the perspective of an online customer). The product descriptions of shirts and sweaters almost never reveal the yarn being used. I never know if the shirt is broadcloth cotton, or a blend, or a wool, etc. The descriptions used to omit the term 'flannel', but that changed about 18 months ago. I might have bought some sweaters, but couldn't determine from the description if they were wool or cotton or other. Yes, I could have picked up the phone or sent an email, but both defeat what is supposed to be the ease of online shopping. Please, Hammermade, you have great products and customer support and quality control, please improve your product descriptions to include relevant information. Provide more facts and fewer adjectives.
