  Hammer Made has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t have the shirt I ordered and instead offered me a percentage off anything on their site to make up for it. I couldn’t be happier with the items I received. Great quality and everything arrived on time

  Speedy delivery. Needed to return and staff was very responsive. Sale item so had to be within three days but the staff was available via email with turnaround times close to that of being on live chat. Repurchase was made due to original being too small and original price was refunded after they processed the return. The return was at my expense so be aware of sizing. Suggestion is to go to a store and get the correct sizing down before ordering on line.

  We found Hammermade through the Minnesota Twins Jumbotron at a Twins game. My husband has purchased several Hammermade shirts and you will not be disappointed! These shirts have beautiful fabric, are beautifully constructed and the employees are fantastic! No other shirts compare in quality and style! Well-worth the price as you will have these quality-made shirts for many years! All of their products are great, including the polo-type shirts! And, they have awesome teeshirts!   I have been wearing these shirts for several years and continue to be impressed by the obvious care that goes into their construction and design, the wonderful colors, the excellent fit, and the variety of high-quality fabrics used. Customer service has been excellent—great assistant picking out a tie for a patterned shirt, for example. The website is very easy to use and shows the company at its best.

  It took 2weeks to get this order, while the previous order only took 3 days. I think your store in Alpharetta Ga. doesn’t pay the correct attention to on-line orders and they just left it set for the first week. That made it my problem that it didn’t ship instead of it being their problem

  I felt the service was horrific. I called at least 20 times. I never could get through and my issue was not resolved. I was beyond upset as I had trouble with my gift card. Nobody answered the phone and it was normal business hours.

  You cant not offer free return. One of the shirts didn't work out for me but I can't pay every time I need to return something. I have more than 11 Hammer made shirts and this order will be my last one. In a pandemic and lack of access to fitting rooms, free returns is a must.

  Hammermade does a great job. I have been buying from them for years and have been very pleased. Once or twice I have ordered product that they ran out of before they could ship. Fortunately their representatives reached out and handled the situation with class and grace. Great company you won’t be disappointed.
