  I did not place, nor receive, any Hammermade orders. However, they seem to have misplaced or misused my private e-mail information. I am not at all pleased by this, and will no longer purchase Hammermade products without someone contacting me to let me know what's going on.

  Quality of material and the cut is usually excellent. Highlighted by inclusion of a 2nd material and design in the cuffs, collar and or button strip. Only a 4 star because for the last year the men's shirt styles offered by Hammermade have become more bizarre and edgy, without offering in classic designs, materials and cuts of a high quality shirt line and often seen worn by actors playing well-dressed characters, with high quality shirts. .

  Excellent belts with excellent service. I was in the airport going on a buisness trip and realized I had forgotten belts. They cut them to fit and they have a great selection of high quality clothing too. Will be a Hammermade customer for life.

  My family loves this store. So, Gift giving sweater's, and well made clothing from Hammer made is why I choose them every holiday.   I like the company, associates and the store but I've had two shirts from hammermade that has stitching come undone. It's unfortunate because the shirts are nice but I've gently worn them to some occasions and they don't hold up.

  Loved the shirt. I've bought several HammerMade shirts and have always been satisfied with the look, fit, and quality of the shirts. I can wear them for a night out to dinner jusy as easily as I can layer them under a sport coat for a client meeting.

  I really liked the shirt that I bought, but did not know until we were ready to wash that it requires to be completely ironed before wearing it again. Since many shirts today only require a little touchup of the iron this causes me to not wear the shirt as much as I would because ot the extra care. I did find out later that you have a 'traverlers' shirt that doesn't require too much care. I would like to wear more Hammer Made shirts, but need to be cognizant of the care before buying.

  I love this shirt. Each year I get one for Christmas and it is a perfect fit and very on trend style! I'm 6'3" with a lean build and longer arms. I always struggle to find a perfect neck size and shirt length. With Hammer Made I get a 16.5" collar and sleeves are literally spot on!

  I love my hammer made shirts, and whenever I go in the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! It’s great to know that I am buying shirts that are unique and have a limited run (supply) which means that whenever I find one I like there aren’t too many of them around. I highly recommend Hammermade!

  I appreciate the fabrics, design and quality of construction so evident in your clothes and know that a Hammer Made gift card will always be a welcome present for my grown son. Further, when I had difficulty purchasing a gift card online earlier this month, I got an immediate, cordial and helpful response to my email. It all keeps me coming back!

  The tailored shirts fit me much better than the off the shelf shirts offered at other stores. I like the various fabrics and prints offered and the salesman was really helpful measuring alterations to shorten the sleeves of the shirts I purchased.

  I bought one thing and got on their email list. Got emails at least 2x+ a day. Clicked unsubscribe and continued to receive 2x+ emails a day. Sent an email and their marketing person personally emailed me to say they took me off emails. Walked by the store in the mall yesterday and didn’t even want to walk near it for fear of endless emails, yet here I am with two emails from hammermade in my inbox. I guess they’re now over-reaching out for bad reviews.

How insensitive of your company and actually unaware that some people may be getting gifts for the holiday. It actually makes me consider NOT buying more shirts from your company. BUY A CLUE. Dave

  I didn’t order these socks online 12/14/23 as shown- I purchased them in store August 2023. My biggest complaint is that I have selected unsubscribe to this site several times and still I receive the emails. The products are nice- the communication is waaay overboard!

  We ordered 5 items from Hammermade. All were listed as available on the website and we were charged for all. Four of the items were sent, but Brenda contacted us separately by email a couple of weeks after we placed the order to let us know that the fifth item actually was not in stock. She offered us the chance to select a different item or a refund. I replied to say that we would like a refund. I did not hear back from Brenda for a week or more so emailed again. Another week or more went by and I still did not hear back so we stopped in at the Galleria store to get the issue resolved and a refund processed. The gentleman at the store was unable to process a refund in their system because we did not have the item to return (obviously, because we never received the item). He said that he would speak with Brenda and that she would reach back out to us. That was about a week ago and we still have heard nothing. We like the other button down shirts that we purchased (5 stars for each) and would continue to do business with Hammermade if they could fix these issues sometime soon. Thanks for the chance to provide this feedback.

  I love Hammermaid ever since I saw the shirts that the KSTP Chris wears - and have purchased for my sons ever since each Christmas. Service was excellent but surprised the jacket was not white but actually grey - kind of disappointed.

  Yes absolutely. I have a closet full of Hammer Made shirts. Finally found the right style and fit for me. I really like the shifts their shirts that have a little thicker structure to the collar and shirts vs. the softer less crisp looking ones. The limited runs shirts almost always work out and it is a major upgrade to the wardrobe.

  I was very frustrated that there was no communication that my pickup order wasn’t at the store that I indicated when I ordered it online. I was notified that it was ready for pickup, went to the store in the mall to pick it up and there was told that it in fact was at the warehouse and that I needed to pick it up there. If this would have been made clear initially I wouldn’t have chosen store pick up.
