Only minor complaint is I thought I saw the bracelet came with a free pin removal tool but I never received it. Not a big deal. I was still able to resize the bracelet myself

  The product itself is a nice product, well-made, and obviously a strong name within the watch community, so I am happy with that overall. That said, the delivery process is awful and leaves a lot of room for improvement. Apparently, when you buy a watch, you don’t really have a say as to how it gets to you. Signature is required no matter what; it’s as if the company only wants to work with people who are not working and therefore at their house 24 hours a day to receive a package. You would think that if you called and gave your authorization or your digital signature to approve a drop off or change the location of the drop off or make some sort of special accommodations for a relatively expensive product that you purchased, a company would be willing to and could accommodate this. Not Hamilton. Hamilton is not willing to work with their customers, or make changes to better the overall process and experience. They even take this one step further and make it so you can’t even work with the carrier who is delivering said product because they override any request that you have with the carrier regardless of if you’re a business customer of the carrier or a normal customer of the care. You cannot make changes as to how an item is delivered to you if it deviates from the way that Hamilton wants to deliver it to you. For that reason, it’s unlikely that I’ll be purchasing any products from the company again as there are plenty of other watchmakers out there willing to give an overall positive experience.

  Website navigation was straightforward - thankfully, unlike some of my other preferred brands (Omega, Rolex, Tag) you don't overdo the animations, which makes it easy to locate, select, configure and order a specific timepiece. Shipping was fast and the item was well packaged. Post fulfillment, when I had a question, your CS team responded quickly. One suggestion: The online documentation (user / operating manual) does not discriminate well between specific models - e.g., for the Ventura Edge it describes locking the crown (common on my diving or water proof watches from other makers) to prevent water intrusion. However, the crown does not lock - it has only a wind and time set position. The product detail also notes " Water Resistance 5 bar (50m)". Confused, I contacted CS, and they clarified / corrected that a) the Edge crown des not lock, and b) it is only (their words) "splash resistant". Thankfully, I had not worn in in. e.g., our pool. Otherwise, great purchasing experience across the board.

  First purchase attempt charged PayPal but there was a problem with the order syncing to Hamilton and they had not received the order. The order was eventually refunded and I placed a new order that was a success but the extra hassle and time waiting For the order was very unfortunate.

  Ordered watch with 2 day delivery. Was not told how much longer it would take with engraving. UPS delivery process is haphazard. Had to chase them down and go through voicemail tree in Philippines to get them to drop it off with a neighbor who could sign for it. The UPS APP IS Terrible. They want to upcharge for everything and did not give an option to pickup at local UPS lockbox like Amazon purchases. There are last mile issues with deliveries.

  I ordered a Murph 38 bracelet and it came defective. Poor quality control before sending the product , I recommend not buying online since you won’t see what you get until it arrives, save you some time and order only from an authorized dealer so you can see the product in person and decide if you buy it or not. Otherwise you’ll need to spend more time for the return plus now the product is not in stock so I won’t have it anymore…

  Really great watch! I own a vending machine company and finally took my first paycheck from the business after 1.5 years. I bought a Hamilton to celebrate this as well as become my new beater. Now I know a watch this expensive isn’t a beater, but I have a Tudor that I wear daily, so relatively it’s a beater. I love the design and legibility. It works perfectly for what I needed. I also love you can get it engraved! Not many open case back watches let you do that, and j really appreciate that. I got “first paycheck” written on the back.

  Delivery is made almost impossible for a watch band. They will not send to a ups store, mailbox etc..Signature required. I paid almost $100 for a watch band that has been returned to sender because of Hamiltons policys. Im hoping for a 100% refund including shipping. I doubt it happens. I wont be doing business with this company again..awesome watchs. Terrible service.

  Box was damaged badly watch wasn't wrapped around it's pillow. Has a slight scuff mark on it and came 2 days later than it should have. All that for 700.00 !!! I would not recommend anyone to buy Hamilton. It was a gift for my son and the presentation was terrible and was not there for his party. I would like a new box. Not expecting it though. Very disappointed

  My overall buying experience of my Hamilton Field Watch in bronze was very good. I initially ordered the titanium field watch, which was beautiful, but the 'lug to lug' distance was much bigger than expected, so it didn't look good for me. I have returned that for a refund (still waiting on it) and ordered the smaller bronze field watch. I really love the simple, clean design. This is the 'manual' version, which I kind of like! No need to keep it on a winder - it has a long power life once wound and I anticipate it getting a lot of wear. I didn't love the leather nato strap - rather thin and the design had it doubled up under the watch and around the sides of my wrist. The lug-to-lug is also long on this watch (albiet on a smaller case, so it works well), so the thick nato didn't help it to sit well on my arm. I have swapped it for a nylon nato from another vendor - looks and feels better!

  I got the 38mm Murph as a gift to myself after graduating the police academy. I endured the extra wait time of shipping due to getting an engraving as well. The watch is beautiful. I was expecting the 38 to be small but it fits perfectly. The polished bezel is really nice, and the cathedral hands are beautifully crafted. I received a lot of compliments on it since I’ve had it as well. The lume leaves much to be desired but I can still manage to read it deep into the night. The leather strap needs some breaking in, but it’s fine. I switched it out with a Velcro strap and man…. Man does it look good. I highly recommend.

  Navigating the site was easy. I ordered it with the engraving which looks great. It takes an extra 7 to 10 business days when you request engraving. When I contacted customer service for an update they were pleasant and informed me my watch was engraved and going through inspection before it was shipped. I received an email a few days later that my watch was shipped. It was well packaged thank you
