Nice strap. Hamilton website states each strap comes with a pin removal tool which was not included. Also wish the green NATO strap came in 22mm.

I was trying to call the helpline on Hamilton’s website which number never works n then I emailed them and they sent me the number where nobody picks up the call or call me back for help as customer service, their customer service is dead, please guys don’t buy any Hamilton watch

Navigation on the site, easy access to product info., easy order process and prompt delivery. Hamilton Watch is a true customer oriented company from start to finish. I own (2) and am very pleased with my purchases. I have researched many other brands and find Hamilton Watch to be an exceptional value as well as a smart looking time piece. In an age of cell phone dependancy, I still like the functionality and the look.

I love my Hamilton watch however, I ordered a watch band that said it comes with a band changing tool. The band arrived with no tool, I have emailed and called the customer service department multiple times with zero response.

The watch I bought was stunning… but so so so small. Turns out it was a women’s watch… wasn’t labelled as such. The watch was extremely difficult to use (hard to see the hands). Shipping was quick… but the return process was not easy (as was mentioned on the website) I called Multiple times. No answer I emailed multiple times. I did get a reply, but only after a week! I honestly thought I was about to get scammed. So yeah, not that great of an experience for those reasons.
