Ordering and getting information from Gracious Style was easy. I was interested in a discontinued China pattern. I inquired re: wait time and they let me know which pieces were in stock. I ordered two presentation plates and boom, got them right away. This is after having an unfortunate experience on eBay (color faded) and local retailer (four month wait time and one plate arrived damaged). Would most definitely use and recommend Gracious Style again.

Everything was satisfactory. The only complaint is the amount of time it took to receive the items. Maybe I'm spoiled nowadays with Amazon Prime, etc., but taking almost a month to receive my items was a bit frustrating (to be fair, that was told to me up front). If I were able to order these items elsewhere, I would have, but I couldn't find them anywhere else reliable. Overall, good experience. Items actually arrived a few days before they were "supposed to."

Very happy with these hard-to-find and beautiful Rosenthal cups and saucers, which I will likely have for many years to come. Not meant to be annoying etc. I understand that the website did not specifically say "will ship immediately" but typically when you order something online, you expect the item to ship within a week, unless the website specified that it would be longer. I would suggest adding a "back ordered" or note that the item will take a while to ship.

There is no way to adequately describe the level of incompetence and total lack of customer service by this company in this short space. There is NO customer service available, phone calls are never answered nor are written communications. They have been charging my credit card for months on end without delivering any of the order. I have to spend time challenging their charges with the credit card company in order to get the charge reversed. The order has been unfulfilled for over 1 year.

A very negative experience. The shower curtain that looked a bright white in the picture was in fact a dingy yellowish color. I immediately decided to return it. The enclosed paperwork required a phone call to the number provided. I called and waited on hold for 10-15 minutes only to be told that this was NOT the number for Gracious Style, and here’s their number. When I called that number, a recording said this number was not being answered. Lovely. Finally I got a person on the phone who said yes I would have to pay for the return, and no, they would not provide a return label, even at my expense. My email to the company was answered dismissively with a cut n paste job from their on line policy. After 30 minutes in line at the post office and $12 to return the ugly curtain,’this company is prominent on my “Do Not Shop” list.

The communication from this website and handling of a customer dissatisfied with the product have been severely lacking. While shipping from their supplier took a long time, there is no automated way to see your status. You must request and update. The updates I received were never accurate. The return process has also been very burdensome. Almost two weeks in and I have still not received directions for returning the defective item and receiving my refund. The website does not take any accountability or responsibility. I would not buy anything using the website again. It is not worth the headache.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE - ABSOLUTE SCAM! I ordered a set of $400 glasses as a thank you present, I paid what I thought was $55 extra for expedited shipping. I received them smashed in bits, emailed the company EIGHT times with photos included with no reply. Only after saying I would file a fraudulent claim with my credit card and leave a negative review was I replied to immediately, saying that they had no record of me trying to contact them, and only after I sent another 10 photos would they resolve the situation. Please note I included photos of the packaging and broken glass in all my previous emails. I also got another charge on my card 7 days after the damaged package was delivered for $63.47 - FRAUD!!! PLEASE buy from somewhere else, this company sells nothing unique, only other companies items that you can purchase directly through their site - I wish I had done this and would never shop with them again.

This was a special order, so I had to wait quite a few months, but it was worth it. My order arrived in perfect condition. My only criticism is that Gracious Style credited and debited my bank account about 3 times without advising me. I understand this was due to changes in the exchange rate, but I should have been advised this was happening.

This pattern is my daughter's choice in her new condo so I added the sauce ladle and cheese knife for Christmas. She is thrilled with her choice of design and loves the feel of it in her hands as well as the very stylish look.

This is my second attempt to review my very disappointing experience with Gracious Style (GS.) They disagreed with my first review so I am including direct, indisputable quotes from their emails to review my experience. On 11/7 I ordered Juliska cake dome (order xxx710) as a gift. On 11/9 I received email from GS the cake dome was shipped by UPS with tracking number ...2467 to the address I provided. On 11/17 I received email from GS stating "We're pleased to let you know that a shipment from your order 228710 from Gracious Style was delivered today." I checked with recipient on 11/20 who told me he did not receive. I checked UPS tracking which stated the package was delivered to a front door in Pasadena, hundreds of miles from intended recipient. I called and emailed GS to let them know package was missing. They investigated and admitted gift was delivered to their warehouse and not to recipient. They would not have know this if I had not alerted them. I asked them to ship a replacement immediately since I had paid in full. I suggested they discount or comp me considering the extreme inconvenience resulting from their error. I never asked to cancel the order. From their email dated 11/21: "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our manufacturer accidentally shipped the item to our Pasadena address. We will be shipping the order to M* P*. The UPS tracking number is .....3577." I then asked for a link to review my disappointing experience (that they never forwarded the gift on from their warehouse and told me order was complete.) From their 11/20 email: "A review link will be sent to your email once the order is completed. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused." Minutes later my order was canceled: "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are unable to ship this order now since it has already been refunded. You may choose to re-order from our website. Sorry for the inconvenience." In their own words GS admits they never delivered my purchase, never followed up on tracking, misreported as delivered, and then refused to honor purchase contract once I asked to review. This is abysmal customer service and I not be ordering from Gracious Style ever again.

Shipping was rather slow, probably because of the country wide snow storm. The plates were much lighter than I expected, and smaller. One of the boxes was dented.

Terrible service. I ordered two items as a set for a wedding gift and specified that it was all or nothing. After delaying the order two months past the initial ship date, they sent one item and cancelled the other, saying that it had been discontinued, which was untrue. I couldn't even get a tracking number for the item that was shipped without multiple requests. I would not do business with this company again.
