    Thank you for taking the time to write us feedback. We are sorry about this. We ordered the product from our manufacturer and they initially gave us the estimated ship date of 08/29/2023. Unfortunately, they ended up not producing the mug anymore so we canceled your order. As for the charge, we only capture payments once the order has shipped however, on March 30, 2022 we tried to authorize your card but it failed so our system captured the payment. You will be refunded for the item that was canceled. Thank you.

Some items may be back ordered, or they may have to be special ordered from the factory. The item you ordered is a special order and usually takes 60-90 days to be delivered.     The item was back ordered for over 3 months and ended up being shipped after the wedding. This was understandable, but I got an email with delivery confirmation 3 weeks after it was actually delivered, and when I called the bride to confirm receipt, she had never gotten it. It took some back-and-forth between FedEx and Gracious Style, but in the end they did replace it. The customer service at GS was easy to contact and was very helpful in eventually resolving this issue!

We sent you an email that your order has an estimated shipping date of 7/14/23. In the email, it's clear that we stated that 7/14/23 is the approximate ship date. On July 12, your order has been successfully delivered. We did not receive any email from you.

    Please don't change the facts. Web site said normal (free) delivery is 3 to 5 days. We paid $50 for rapid delivery because we need the glassware for a dinner party. You sent an email which said "one week from order date" - longer that the free delivery of 3 to 5 day and MUCH longer than the delivery we paid for, next day. And most importantly, july 14 was after our dinner party. then a few days later sent a revised date and it was delivered on July 12, 5 days after the order and at the outer edge of free delivery. we paid for next day delivery which we did not receive. You had any ethics you would at least refund the $50 for rapid delivery which you did not honor.

Our website states that the product is made to order from Portugal and usually ships within 60-90 days. 3. We sent you several shipping updates informing you that the product was on backorder until approximately August. However, we shipped and delivered it sooner than that date.

    Second attempt to review at the request of the company. I received the Herend piece in bubble wrap without a box and no certificate to verify the authenticity of the piece. I emailed to request both and was told the company does not provide "gift boxes". That is NOT what I requested. You have emailed me twice for a review. It is clear you only want good reviews.     I will not do business with this company again. I am a designer and work with companies across the world. My order was purchased with free delivery. It took 8.5 months for me to receive my order. When I received it, I no longer wanted or needed it. I returned it, and was billed for their Free Shipping promotion. That is bad business. Now I paid $15 for their shipping to me, $8.15 to return the item, and this business lost forever what could have been an excellent customer as I spend a small fortune every year online with above board and reputable businesses. Being a small business owner myself for over 10 years, I know the value of a satisfied and thrilled customer, vs. an unhappy one. This me spending even 5 minutes writing this review. HORRIBLE AND SNEAKY BUSINESS PRACTICES… purchase at your own risk.

    I had been searching the internet for a specific item. I finally found it at Gracious Style. I had never ordered from this site before and was a little nervous.     I fell in love with the Cherish Horizontal table lamp at a furniture store. They carry different artisans, so once I found out the creator of this lamp - I didn’t hesitate. I knew I had to have it at my house. I ordered two for my bedroom and received one. Gracious Style was beyond helpful in returning my emails and/or phone calls figuring out what happened to my second item. After almost two weeks, as we had to wait for the shipping carrier to determine they lost the parcel; Gracious Style immediately issued and sent a replacement. It was worth the wait! While they’re items are a bit more expensive, they are lifetime staples that never go out of style. I will definitely order from their site again.

    I ordered dinner plates that were on sale from the website on the recommendation of a relative. I placed the order in February for them to be a gift for my wife's birthday in April. I received an update on the status of the order that said that the order would not be filled until August. In May I received an email stating that there was an error in the product order. The plates that were on sale were not the ones that I ordered. What was I was asked if I wanted the green plates (not on sale) or the white ones that were on sale or if I wanted to cancel my order. (I was told that the green plates were 3X as much) I responded that I wanted the green ones. I should have cancelled my order, but since I didn't, the white plates were shipped to me. I contacted Customer Service and they offered 20% off the green plates, but that was still more than I intended to spend. I was allowed to return the plates after taking a picture of the box and plates and sending an email to the company.

    When I placed the order it showed the green plate as being on sale. My daughter saw the green plate and told me about it. Apparently there was an error on your website. I should have cancelled the order when questioned by email whether I wanted the green plates or white & learned of the price difference. I appreciate accepting the return.

    I ordered my item on April 29th as a gift for Mother's Day, more than two weeks later. I received a ship date notification letting me know that my item would ship on May 10th, which seemed like a very long wait window from the order date, but hoped it would still arrive to my mother in time. She never received the package, so when I contacted Gracious Style on May 15th they informed me that my package had never actually shipped and they would send it out on May 17th. I expressed my disappointment and they said there was nothing they could do in terms of offering a discount or expediting the shipping to make up for the extremely delayed ship time. The customer service was terrible. Mother's Day had come and gone and even though I planned ahead, Gracious Style ruined my plan for my mother to have something special to open on Mother's Day. They are totally unreliable and unwilling to take accountability for this sort of thing. Shop elsewhere!

    This might be the worst online company that I have ever ordered anything from. They sent me the wrong thing 2x and then never sent me another item and claimed that they did. It took 7 months to get my order and it was wrong 3 separate times. I highly recommend not dealing with Gracious Style. Their customer service is awful as well.

    The towels were pricey and of good quality however the color represented on line was different from the color received.     They are the only website I’ve ordered from that gives you the anticipated ship date AFTER you’ve gone through the entire order process and paid. Then the ship date changes numerous times until 6 or 9 months have gone by before the item comes. I even emailed them to make sure the dishes I wanted for Christmas would be available throughout the year and was told they would be. They were not. I ordered twice with same results, won’t be ordering again.

    Yes, I did receive an email each time the ship date changed, but the statement “the ship date changes numerous times until 6 months have gone by” is correct. Order 217885 ordered 5/12, ship dates of 6/30,9/16, 11/30, received 11/24, over 6 months after I ordered. My next order took around 5 months to arrive. None took 9 months, which I realized when I checked back on the details.

    I ordered three sets of dishes for a shower present about two years ago. Two of the sets came in a timely fashion. I just received the last set and they are not the dishes that I ordered.     We love what we *have* received from our order, but only got one of the two sets of flatware we paid for. Since we were waiting *months* on another part of the order, we were being patient, but we just received an email saying the order # is closed and "past reporting period." There seems to be no customer service at this company, only automated and very specific options that don't allow for a conversation. Long delays with surprise deliveries have been our experience, and no human interaction despite the name of the store and price of its luxury goods sold.

    That's right. The order I wanted to enquire about was the 2 sets of 5. It's been frustrating since there's no customer service contact at your site at all - only automated options. The sets we ordered were clearly mostly backordered or unavailable in some way, but your site didn't indicate it would take months to receive items and it was hard to track shipments (we moved since the initial order.) I'm happy to update the review to be slightly more favorable if you want to reject it - it was just surprising that the first time I was given the opportunity to vent about the lack of customer service was this review email out of nowhere.

    The 2 sets of 5 show they were shipped and delivered in October 2022. Our phone number and email address is available on our website. Unfortunately, we did not receive an email from you, a phone call, or a report through our website. The only report we received from you is for the dinner plates which we refunded immediately. Since the flatwares were delivered a long time ago, we are unable to file a claim at this point. I apologize.

    My order arrived incorrect after a six week delay and I did not receive a full refund. Return was cumbersome and Gracious Style deducted their original fee for "free shipping" from my refund. They valued that shipping price at an exaggerated $25. Again, the order was returned due to THEIR mistake. I didnt return it for other reasons. The order was wrong.

    I am happy GC responded so that I can correct my review. Yes, after conversation with customer serve, the full amount was ultimately refunded. After the full experience, my edited review in full would be: 3 Stars. After 6 weeks, the wrong items arrived. Return was cumbersome, and I discovered GC billed me for the initial "free shipping" by keeping 25$ from the total refund amount. After further communications with customer service, I was able to ultimately be refunded the full amount I originally paid and the return transaction was fully completed.

    After sending merchandise that was not what I ordered from their website, Gracious Style tried to convince me that it was what I ordered. Gracious Style requested several photos of the merchandise shipped and eventually agreed to a return. I pointed to their website from which I ordered ((Rosenthal porcelain) and how it does not match the brand that was sent. Maybe Gracious Style will correct this error and not have to spend time on problems such as this in the future.
