The product is decent - I ordered two replacement place settings for my 24 year old stainless - it is not as heavy as the original, but that is ok. The biggest issue is the lack of communication, delayed response, three months from order to receipt.

I received excellent customer service in resolving a problem with my recent order. I had received two of the same teapot, one of which turned out to be defective. I contacted Gracious Living about the problem and they were very helpful in getting it resolved with the manufacturer, who quickly sent a replacement. The customer service team at Gracious Living was very responsive and professional.

After waiting two months, I finally received this beautiful table with a crack across the entire table. The packaging was intact. So it was either shipped cracked or cracked during shipping. What a major disappointment. Lastly, the table was delivered to the curb by one delivery person. This table is amazingly heavy. I had to call a few friends to help get it into the house and put it together. I can’t imagine how you can spend $1,600 on a table and it be delivered to the curb. Also, I was shocked that it was delivered by one person based on the weight.

Gracious Style did not send me a notice that an item (which was ordered in March) was shipping in October and I had no idea that it was shipping. If I had known, I would have cancelled the order. The REFUSED to even consider taking a return or providing any additional discount as I had already ordered a replacement product. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order, received a confirmation email and thereafter I heard nothing about my purchase. I waited about a month and called and was told the item was out of stock but it might possibly available a month later. An email notifying me of the delay should be standard practice. We got exactly what we purchased - a Herend figurine. However, for a $660 figurine we were shocked to receive it in a shipping box with bubble wrap secured to the figurine with packing tape. This was a gift and it was very surprising not to have any kind of inner box at all. Having to scramble to find any kind of decent presentation was unacceptable at this price point. Felt a bit like we bought it off eBay rather than paying full price for a previous figurine. That was disappointing and I’m very glad we didn’t have it shipped directly to the recipient.

I ordered the glass pictured, a stemless martini. After a significant wait I received the package from Gracious Style. Not only was it broken, it was the wrong one! Stemmed, not stemless. Having emailed the requisite 6 pictures of the glass and packaging, I then was obliged to wait 10 days before getting the okay to return the order for refund. Now I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get my money back. Couldn’t be less satisfied - will never take my business to Gracious Style again.

I wish I could of had something better to say. But I am not a fan of your company. I placed an order last year. I did it on line. It was simple and easy to navigate. I had also compared the same item from other vendors. Your company had a better discount, so I placed the order. I called after I placed the order to see when the sideboard was going to be delivered. The young lady said it could take up to a year. I was floored. I asked why it would take so long. It was not a custom order. Other vendors have the same sideboard. At that point I asked her to reverse my payment and cancel the order She said that I was charged. That it is charged if it was shipped. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to have the order cancels , and she replied no. This year I received an email saying this item was shipped out. I called early in the morning as soon as o read my email. No one picked up, so I left a message explaining how I canceled this item a year ago. Later that day a man had called telling me I had to keep the Sideboard. I explained they I already brought one. That I was not willing to wait a year . I had needed it before thanksgiving 2021.He was not listening to me and started to raise his voice. I told him that he needed to resolve this issue with his employees. But he continue to speak over me. Then he said I would have to wait at home until the order came , then I was to tell them that I was refusing the order. I was not happy to be put in a situation. Was I supposed to seat everyday waiting. I told him you need to call the shipping company. The conversation did not end well. I got several text from him. He said he could not stop them. Several days later the shipping company called me to ask when could they deliver the sideboard. I explained this was an order from a year ago that was canceled and I was instructed to refuse this item. The next day I contacted my bank about my credit card charge.They said they didn’t receive a charge. Later that day my bill came in and there was a charge. I contacted the store and spoke to someone who said no problem I would get my refund. Then I received an email telling me that I couldn’t cancel this order and I can get a 20% discount. Where am I supposed to put it. This is crazy the amount of time I have to take to fix an issue that was not my problem!! The same day I called my bank and explained everything that had happened. Initially the manufacturer shipped wrong item. I contacted Gracious Style customer service and they sent me return label and instructions. It took several days for the process but they stayed in touch throughout. I mailed back incorrect item and correct arrived two days later. The vase itself gorgeous. A real test of customer service occurs at times such as these. Excellent service.

Loved the idea of Gracious Style and was excited to find such a well curated collection of fine home goods. Great quality is certainly worth the price. The bathroom accessory that we ordered was beautiful but the color didn’t go so we had to return. At that point, we paid $25 to ship it back plus their policy is to deduct further shipping from the refund since they shipped it to us for free. That policy alone will prevent us from trying their products ever again. It is difficult to tell from online pictures which we understand, but to have such expense to return an item isn’t worth it.

After placing my order, I was nervous as there were several bad reviews on the Internet; however, my experience was terrific. I placed an order for two chairs and within 2.5 weeks, it arrived. I saw an Ad got these chairs on Google that read “Set of 2 essential for living tapestry counter stools for $949” free shipping. I was so excited. I I ordered 4 chairs, 2 sets of 2 for $949. I only received 2 stools and was told they were $949 each. I couldn’t return or exchange or cancel the order. There was no way I was going to pay $949 each when I saw them for less on multiple websites. I explained my situation with the person who answered the phone & I also emailed them with screen shots of the Ad, but I was told, that was their price and that was that. I’m extremely unhappy, and I’ve shown many people the ad and they agree with me, that it was false advertising. This company is horrible and I would never buy anything from them again.

1) After I placed my order, they informed me that one of the items was unavailable. I never would have ordered from them had I known that before placing the order as this was a gift. The $35 shipping + $55 duty/ taxes (based on false information gracious style submitted to UPS) was certainly Not something warranted for $57 products. 2) They provided false information to UPS about what items actually shipped and the true value of items shipped. UPS then charged me an exorbitant amount for duties and taxes based on the (false) information they received from Gracious style. In all communications they simply stated…..As stated on our website, the customer may be charged duty and taxes…. AS THE CUSTOMER, I ASUMED CORECT INFORMATION OF VALUE AND PRODUCTS SHIPPED WOULD BE PROVIDED TO UPS. CLEARLY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I requested that they make their mistake right by sending me an item based on the value I was charged. They refused. I can only assume from this that they intentionally falsified the UPS invoice. I’m furious and will pursue. After contacting BBB it would appear that many complaints against this company have been made. I’m sorry I did not do research before. I Never would have ordered. I’ve never left a negative review for any company. This time, I will do everything in my power to make sure my experience does not become someone else’s experience as well. I will also continue communications with UPS escalation about falsified documents.

I will never order from Gracious Style again and have already told anyone who will listen about my terrible experience. I ordered 6 forks in February 2022 and then heard nothing. I sent requests for shipping updates twice over the months and both times I received replies back (after 2 week delays) that my requests were cancelled. I could not get in touch with a person and didn’t know whether that meant the order had been cancelled. In July I was emailed that my order had been shipped via UPS and that there would be a charge upon delivery. My $78 forks already had a $35 shipping fee. I was then charged $60.46 C.O.D. for 6 forks, to be delivered in 6 months. They seem to be a very sneaky company that avoids having to address customer issues.

I placed this order (for Cutipol Goa silverware) in November last year (2021). Not having received it after several months, I bought the silverware elsewhere and attempted to cancel the order. I was told I couldn't because 'it had already been packed'. the order finally arrived some eight months after I placed the order

I ordered a tablecloth, but Gracious Style sent me the wrong item. It took me a week to get a return label from them. They kept saying they would send one but didn’t. Finally they asked that I send them a photo of the box, the item inside, the invoice, and the shipping label in order to start the process of receiving a shipping label. I had to keep resizing the photos so they could receive them. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received in years of online ordering. They asked if I would like to re-order, and I said no way — I’ll never go through that again. The customer service representatives were nice enough, but totally incompetent.
