  I ordered a set of dinner plates. The confirming e-mail showed a photo of the plates I had ordered. After I was sent a different set of plates, I contacted GraciousStyle for an exchange. After much back and forth, they e-mailed me that they would send me a shipping label so that I could send back the plates. They never sent me any shipping label and now they've stopped responding to my e-mails.

  I ordered the Vietri Optical Gold water glass and Optical Wine glass. (4 water and 12 wine). I did overnight shipping on the wine wine water glasses, paid for it and did not receive them over night or second day. I haven’t received the wine glasses yet. If they are out of stock or on backordered I was not notified. I called and spoke to someone regarding the problem and they couldn’t help me. They said they would reach out to the appropriate person and email me within a couple hours. Here I am no wine glasses no overnight shipping. I don’t give bad reviews but this put me over the edge since I haven’t even heard about the wine glasses.

  My Juliska bowl arrived shattered. It appeared to be packed very well, but apparently wasn’t treated as fragile as the box indicated. I called Gracious style & apparently they pass it on to their vendor. I still am waiting on word of a replacement or a credit. I feel as soon as they received the picture of the shattered bowl I should have been sent a replacement. Haven’t heard a word!

  I returned my item as it didn’t fit what I was looking for. The credit I was given excluded free shipping and the 10% promo credit. So, not only did I have to pay to ship it back, I was charged the original shipping PLUS 10% penalty I can see the rationale for charging me the original shipping, but how do you justify charging me the 10% promo. I’ve never run across that before.

  Our order arrived in 11 different boxes (I placed 3 separate orders). The dishes did not look as good in person as they did on the web site so I initiated returns. Gracious Style not only does not issue paid return labels, but they deduct $25 per order from the credit for shipping AND I had to pay to ship back ELEVEN boxes which came to over $300. With the shipping and the $75 deduction for the "free shipping" I am out close to $400 and I do not even have new dishes. In addition, the customer service people claimed that one of the orders was not returned and I needed to forward the UPS tracking numbers which took several more emails before Gracious Style finally acknowledged that they indeed HAD received the boxes I sent. I do not recommend using Gracious Style to anyone unless the company changes their return shipping policy.

  I'm still waiting for a replacement plate for a plate that arrived broken. I sent photos etc still waiting for replacement plate. I bought original plates on sale; when I went to order more, they were still noted on sale on line, but when I tried to place order, full price came up at checkout. I contacted Gracious stylist and asked them to honor sale price which they refused… Not very good for customer satisfaction...

  We actually ordered our media cabinet on March 19, 2022 not April 11, 2022. The furniture finally got delivered on May 4,2022. The delivery company was terrible! First they delivered it on April 29, 2022 when we were out of state but said we had made an appointment which was a bald face lie. We never received a phone call for that delivery as I would'nt have scheduled it while we were out of town. After contacting Gracious Style , they contacted the shipping company and we finally received it.

  When I place an order, I don’t expect to receive notice that is out of stock. Inventory should be monitored so one doesn’t have to go through the process of ordering only to find out that it is actually not in stock.

  I placed an order with Gracious Style on April 13, 2022 who promptly shipped the order from the USA to Canada on April 18th. Unfortunately they used UPS to ship the product to us with a tracking number for us. On April 20th UPS emailed memo pay $56.51 in duties and taxes to clear the package. I promptly called and paid UPS in Moncton, NB on a credit card the same day. They sent me a receipt by email on the same day. Today is April 30th still no package has arrived after eight phone calls to UPS in various countries around the world, all of which promised delivery the next business day. Their level of incompetence is sublime and I've given up. My suggestion is never to use UPS again for your shipping. Even the USPS and definitely FED EX is much better.
