I purchased a nightstand from graciousstyle.com and the veneer started peeling off in one corner after only a month and a half. It caught on my pocket as I sat down and a corner of the veneer broke off. I contacted them about this manufacturing quality issue and they decided that it's not their fault that they sold me a product that was defective. They do not stand by the quality of their products.

I was excited to find a similar color pattern, Stone Soup, from one from last year that you did not have this year! I live in a beach cottage and I use them in entry ways and at the sink. The older Raspberry colored ones have held up really well. The ones from summer of 2021 are not as tightly woven, just for you to know. The colors are pretty colorfast and wash well in cold water in my washer. They suit me to a T!

I ordered 8 6 inch cabbage plates. three of the eight plants arrived broken. I called customer support and was told that that refund process had been started. A few days later I received an email that sale items (the cabbage plates had been placed on sale after I ordered them) were non refundable. Damaged products from poor packaging should be exchanged whether on sale or not.

Very disappointed in my experience at Gracious Style online. This was my first order and it was advertised that if I signed up I would get 10% off ANY item. The product I wanted to order was on sale, so the code wouldn't work on the item. I received my order yesterday but was very disappointed that my Simon Pearce vase (which I intended to give as a gift) did not include a gift BOX of any kind! I have purchased Simon Pearce vases many times in the past from a variety of retailers and they have always included a nice SP gift box. I was very surprised to find my items simply surrounded by typical packing material to prevent breakage, but no gift box for the item.

I was searching online for a seller that had a particular wine glass in stock - one that was part of a multicolor set ordered elsewhere and that had arrived with one glass broken. The particular glass was proving hard to find and the original seller no longer had it in stock. They had ordered a replacement for me but had no idea when it might be available and suggested I grab one if I found one somewhere else. I was delighted that Gracious Style listed the glass as available and even splurged on a second one, since GS only offered this glass in pairs. I placed my order in October, and did not get a notice at that time that the item was out of stock. After several weeks passed I did eventually get an email that the item was out of stock and that it was unclear when it would be back in stock. I was not asked whether I still wanted the item or how I’d like to handle the delay. I assumed I’d eventually hear from GS if the glass ever came back in stock. In February, 4 months later, the original vendor contacted me and let me know that my replacement wine glass had come in at last and was shipping that day. The same day that glass arrived, I received another package - this one with the 2 glasses from Gracious Style! There was never any notice from GS that the items were in stock or shipping. Now I had 3 of the same color - not really what I wanted. I decided to keep them rather than deal with sending them back - laziness on my part I guess. Like many of the items GS carries, the glasses are beautiful. I don’t question that GS would likely have accepted the glasses back or exchanged for another color if I wanted to take the time to deal with it. While I appreciate that GS was eventually able to fulfill the order, their communication was certainly lacking. The website should have made clear that the glasses were not in stock at the time I placed the order - I would not have completed the order in the first place. Most vendors in this situation would have contacted me and asked if I still wanted the glasses regardless of timing etc., not just assuming that a 4 month delay would be just fine to ship the items and charge my credit card. I feel like GS was more interested in collecting my money than providing me good customer service, thus the 3 star rating.

Incredibly disappointed with my order from Gracious Style. The expensive piece of furniture I received did not look anything like the images on their website or the images sent from direct showroom - after I requested more details on the product. After voicing my concerns, the customer service representative was less than helpful in discussing the issue. They were essentially a robot, saying I could return the item by paying a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. The table itself is very sturdy and well made, however the wood condition and color was very different from what was advertised. I spent a lot of money with this company and I am so disappointed with the end result. I will not be ordering from them again and would certainly recommend proceeding with caution if you decide to order.

The return process was a little complicated including them asking me to get insurance on the UPS shipping slip they sent me which UPS says cannot have insurance added to once it is purchased. However there is $100 automatic insurance included so I'm okay. I was surprised they are so disorganized.

The lead times are so long and I've had some issues with getting packages that are repeatedly delayed and then end up being sent back because I'm not home. I ordered some cheese knives for Christmas - before Thanksgiving - and they didn't arrive until February. Could be an issue with Sabre because everything I've ordered from them have been Sabre. The other order was not around Christmas and took months.

your website did not indicate that the 2 items in my order were unavailable till March. I think the customer should be informed of that as all companies do. I did not want to wait for the rest of the order to ship. I returned the one item of the set and I was given a pretty hard time regarding the cost of return shipment. I should not have to pay for the return when your company did not inform me that the rest of the set was backordered. I would not have ordered had I known of the backorder status of the rest of the set. It's deceptive on your end. Also you must be the only company that I can think of that does not send the customer a return label. It's inconvenient and unacceptable in this day and age to have such a policy.

I ordered a piece of art sculpture that should’ve included a Lucite piece, a marble base, and a screw to put everything together. It came without the marble base and the screw. When I called gracious style to let them know they told me they wanted me to take pictures of everything. Why would I need to have more than one marble base? If I said I didn’t receive it after going through the box, I didn’t receive it! Then they asked me to take pictures of the empty box. Meanwhile the order that I ordered for months ago is sitting in my house and I cannot use it because I’m waiting for a base and a screw that I have no idea when I will receive.
