I received my order far later than what was communicated when I ordered. I didn’t receive any notification of a delay. I ordered in November and it was just delivered on Jan 9th. This order was for a vacation home so I wasn’t there when it came. I had to pay our property manager to make another trip so the package wasn’t left outside. I fully understand the issues with delayed shipments these days - but I wouldn't t have placed my order if you didn’t offer a date or I would have arranged for visit at a different time if I had known when to expect it. I haven’t seen my order and won’t be able to for a while. Hopefully nothing is wrong with it - and if there is- I will be able to return.

Everything was fine and my fragile items arrived well packed and in perfect shape. My only complaint, and the reason I'm not giving a 5-star review, is the terrible plastic packing materials that were used. Very un-environmentally friendly! Particularly for the peanuts, there are plenty of biodegradable options available so there is no justification for using styrofoam. I feel sure there must be better materials for the other packing materials as well. There is no Planet B!

The brass box the company sent is junk. The top doesn't align with the bottom, and the box has scratches on the top. The very small box costs $125. When I called to return the item, I was told they didn't take returns on that item. When I mentioned that was not mentioned during the purchase, the reply was, "It is written on our website." REALLY! I ordered $850 worth of cutlery, changed my mind within 4 hrs and canceled the order. I called to confirm the order was canceled and they verbally said it was (and they removed the charge on the credit card). I ordered a different set from another site. Two weeks later they charged my card and shipped the cutlery. When I asked them what was going on they said they had no record of the canceled item and it was non-refundable. They are not returning my calls now. Absolutely terrible service! Looking into whether my credit card company can help me with this now. Will never purchase from this site again.

Horrible-I spent hours following up with customer service. I was told on December 16 but I could cancel an order and it had yet shipped-I sat on hold bother representative called the manufacture. Less than 24 hours later I had multiple charges for plate set that were not supposed to be in stock until the end of December (mini) in the end of March. (Dinner) -charges did not match my invoice and I received no help from CustomerService. I was told they could not be accountable for the in stock dates that they gave me-I contacted the company leadership and received no response. It wasn’t until I contacted the vendor directly but I had any action or help. There is NOTHING gracious about this company I will never shop here again

I still have not received one of my Delphine Tall Side End Table. I ordered two. This Wednesday one table and a huge dining room table was on the truck for me that came to my door. i accepted the one end table and refused the dining room table. My other end table could not be found anywhere. Gracious Style looked into this and said another end table would be shipped to me after Christmas. Easy to order from and good prices, but the only reason it is not 5 stars is that I was told after i ordered that they were on back order and might not make it till 3 weeks after I needed them. Only received one of the two items I ordered. The packing slip said both items were included and my order was marked as completed. I contacted GraciousStyle immediately, was told to send photos of what I received, the packaging, the packing slip. I sent those immediately. Days went by with no response. I contacted again asking for information. There has been no response so far after 8 days. Unfortunately I will not be willing to shop here again.

I rarely write poor reviews but I was so disappointed in my experience here. I ordered a couple of expensive plates in July for my daughter's birthday in August. On their website it said it would take a couple of weeks to ship. They were from Italy so I understood but I had no communication about when or why. I had to call them and still got nothing definitive. Received one plate in September or October, 2nd one still hasn't arrived and is now due in April!! Ordered from another company and it's already shipped. It's too easy to find good customer service these days, very disappointed when I don't receive basic courtesies. I'm easy to please.

I was looking for a specific product and was thrilled to find it with Gracious Style. I was skeptical however as I was not familiar with the company and/or website and as a retired television consumer reporter am very concerned about online scams and ripoffs. I researched the company and found great reviews so I checked with my credit card company and verified I’d be covered in case of a problem and decided to place the order. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and customer service. My items were delayed by the current international shipping situation but GS kept me appraised of the timing. My tables were delivered last week in perfect condition, exactly as they’d been advertised, My only complaint is with the delivery. While the process was smooth with direct communication from the service, the driver simply dropped off the 2 huge crates completely indifferent to how we’d manage from there. “I don’t do that” was his reply when we asked if we could pay him to help us get the chests closer to our condo. I would have been better prepared had I know what free shipping meant. But overall I call this a 5 star experience.

Site navigation was a bit difficult, I seem to recall. But the tracking emails were clear and consistent. My only huge problem was with the long wait for my 54x54 tablecloth. I placed two separate orders over the summer. Several days after placing the orders I received emails alerting me that the items were back ordered and would arrive in November and January, respectively. I was disappointed that the expected timing was not apparent upon ordering as I needed one set of dishes for a party and the wine glasses were a gift. On the very positive front, Gracious Style continuously updated me on the expected arrival date of the items. Another positive: the selections and quality are fabulous!

Before ordering, called to inquire about the source of the product and was reassured. After receiving the plates in an off color way (garish rather than the original) I called again and the number was disconnected. I called Olean NY and there was no option to talk to a human. I wanted to stop further deliveries if this was going to be the quality of the Toscana product. No option to email a human either. Gien is no longer providing the original pattern. As it was hand painted, the difference is noticeable. It’s too busy and colors to intense. If you’ve not seen the original it may not matter.
