  The mirror I ordered was relatively expensive but I ordered it from the site because it said it was “in stock”. Instead almost immediately I got a notice tge shipment would be delayed. Bait and switch? it took almost 2 months to receive the mirror and in the meantime several other sites have it at much less in fact over $100 less in many cases. I received the mirror last week and it is all plastic - the frame is plastic and the mirror itself is some form of plastic!! - there’s no glass or metal involved… it is described as a “metal” “mirror”. Conveniently for the seller, it is unreturnable. Very disappointed.

  I had shipping issues that were outside of my control and I had to handle all the logistics communicating between Gracious Style and UPS on my own. Not only that, but GS tried to charge me for re-shipping the product until a UPS representative said that Gracious Style can actually report the shipping issue directly and get the initial shipping fee back. It was when I mentioned that the re-shipping fee (that I would have to cover because of a problem outside of my control) was dropped. Finally, the customer service person just got progressively rude and didn't update me on anything. For spending so much money on luxury products, you'd think that would be better-taken care of. If I didn't take full control of the situation, I would have lost the package and my money. Will not be purchasing from them ever again.

  Ibreceived my order kate and the kist terrible part is the poor packaging! It was not packed properly with enough bubbles. Boxes were nit labelled as fragile items! Do not buy from tehm anymore!

  Very poor communication. I did not know that I was going to receive only half of my order until I called to find out why I didn’t get my full order. When the second half finally came in I no longer needed it anymore. I will definitely never shop with this company again.

  While ultimately satisfied with the product, extremely dissatisfied with delivery schedule. I was quoted one delivery date when I placed the order (which was important data in my decision to order) and the delivery date was then delayed TWO additional times. Obviously, I will never trust their Promises again.

  This company is a sham. I ordered some pewter plates and then found out after the order was placed that they did not carry the plates in stock and my order would not ship until 11-15-21. I then purchased the plates elsewhere, I sent them a cancellation request and they informed me the product had already shipped on 9-29-21. I have tried without success to reach them by phone on multiple occasions and they will not respond in any specifics to my e-mails after I was required to pay over $30 to return four dessert plates. I will never order anything from this organization again and have shared my opinion with many, many others.

  I'm sorry to report that the shipping box of the pitcher was damaged although the pitcher itself was not. Also I'm very unhappy that I have not yet received my refund #26684 for order #190761. I received an email on 9/23 saying $83 would be credited to my account but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received it. If there is someone I can contact, please let me know. Thank you.

  I called customer to service to ask about the right product to order and I never got a call back. When I ordered the item and it was wrong, I had to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.I wasn’t offered an option to exchange. In a world where you have lots of options to buy something, I wouldn’t buy it here! They have HORRIBLE customer appreciation and service.

  Much confusion about this order. It showed as being available at the time of order, but received a backordered alert right away. Next, got a message that the order was canceled (so I ordered the item elsewhere) then a notice that the item had been mailed. I didn't accept delivery as I'd already received the item from another source.

  I purchased a Vase from Gracious Style and it is beautiful. The Vase was a bit bigger than I expected but once I put it on my table at home I received a lot of compliments from people asking me where did I purchase the Vase. Furthermore, I opine that Gracious Style offers quality products at a very reasonable price. Therefore, I would recommend Gracious Style company and products to other consumers that are interested in quality products at a reasonable price.

  I bought two settings of flatware for a friend’s wedding. It is very pretty but I was kind of shocked at the packaging. At this price point, I would expect a box or something. I have Williams Sonoma flatware that was less expensive and came nicely packaged. This came in a plastic bag in a bubble mailer. Again, at this price point, I would have expected more careful and thoughtful packaging.

  The wife wanted some bubble cups that were mint colored. We found some on graciousstyle.com. We ordered them. Never once did the website ever hint at shipping dates. Thinking that I was purchasing something that would be shipped within a day or two. NOPE. We ordered tall and short cups. One item shipped about two months after ordering it and the other was shipped a month AFTER the other cups shipped. We ordered something thinking it would take a reasonable amount of time to get to us. Don't get me wrong, the cups are awesome. They're exactly what we wanted. And had we been made aware of the shipping times BEFORE purchasing, I probably still would have ordered them because they were exactly what my wife was looking for. However, I feel that we should have been made aware of the shipping times BEFORE ordering, especially because they shipped MONTHS after ordering the items. I will probably never use gracious style again because of this. But that's just me.

  After many months, I still had not received my order. I continued to track it and could not get any date of delivery.Noone answers their posted phone number. Numerous times when asking about this I was offered a chance to cancel the order. I finally cancelled it. Then 2 months later I was charged ( had not received anything). Then FINALLY got someone to email me back. They informed me that even though I thought I cancelled, the item was no longer able to be cancelled. It came 6 months after I ordered it. BTW there is NO working phone number for this company and going through email is terrible. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop there again!

  i am so disappointed with your customer service. One of the items was backordered for months!!! When I finally received the item, the bathroom accessory set did not match my decor. Despite NEVER being used and still in the boxes, I was not allowed to return for a refund because the period of time elapsed. This was a VERY expensive mistake. All items are still in the boxes because I do not like them. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

  The delivery system was terrible; I couldn't get anyone at GM to answer my specific questions as to how to upgrade to "in home delivery" as the marble was so heavy. I set a delivery date with the transport company when I knew I would have kids there to help & they delivered it that day with no one home to the wrong entrance.

  The only reason I'm not putting "very bad" is the customer service person I spoke to was good and refunded shipping costs I paid for hoping to get this in time for an important date. If graciousstyle can't ship something on time after asking when I'd like something shipped, that should be stated before I complete my order and waste valuable time where I could have order something elsewhere.

  The order took more than two weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, it was slightly wrong. Part of my order was two oval tray without handles, but they sent two trays with handles. I don’t really like the way the handles look, but decided to just accept them rather than wait longer. I also thought that maybe they didn’t have the correct ones available and sent the next best thing. It was the pattern I selected, so I decided it was okay.

  I purchased a large Deruta canister for my sister, who has begun collecting the complete set of canisters. The canister arrived in perfect shape and is beautiful. My sister will be thrilled. Delivery time was quick, and ordering on-line was easy.

  The product itself is beautiful however the packaging was inadequate. When I received the package, the outside was in good condition but the tumblers were loose in the box. I could hear them clinking together even before I opened the box. Upon inspection, I could see no damage, but I was extremely disappointed with how inadequate the inside packing was. It’s amazing they weren’t both smashed.

  This is one of the worst pirchssing experiences I have had. The gift I sent was delivered long after it was promised. Terrible communications. Buy somewhere else.

  I’m glad I finally received my Ancizar Marin sculpture but don’t quite understand why it took so long ! There was no paper work or hanging instructions included. It was well packed though. I would like follow up paperwork for insurance purposes as well as hanging instructions please.

  There’s an issue with communication. I can certainly understand the need to put a hold on funds. What’s hard to deal with is doing it repeatedly. For a consumer it’s difficult to differentiate between a hold and actual debit. Repeated charges create the impression of potential fraud. I’ve dealt with many online merchants, but never have encountered this issue until now.

  Poor reply from company ,never answered back on my mails ,finally had to call them up .poor updated when items was delayed even longer than date tor shipping . Received 2 of the plates that we’re not inspected properly ,the gold rim on plate had discoloration marks . Contacted gracious style regarding the error . This time they replied back to me . Wanted me to send back the plate to them ,so they could send it to Anna Weatherly for a decision what to do . Such a bad service . First I have been waiting for my order over 1 month ( was not stated when I ordered my items) and now they wanted me to send the plate back to them ???? They should have sent me a replacement plate and then asked me to send the defect plate to them . It was not my fault as a client ,that the plate was defect and not properly inspected . When I wrote to gracious style that I do not want yo send the plate back before I received the new plate . They simply wrote Ok

  I bought to add to an existing silverware set. It took over two months to be delivered. I requested multiple times for a status when no response. When I finally did received the items they were not a match to my existing set. I requested a return but only got an RA # for 1/2 the order. I've reached out several times and never heard back. Customer service is non existent.

  I am happy with the items I received, but the communication from Gracious Style was extremely poor, basically non-existent. There was no response from the company to my inquiries regarding shipping/timeline, only automatic-reply type messages. It took almost 2 months to receive the items, so if you are purchasing as a gift be aware that you may not receive them in time for gifting, and the company does not respond to email inquiries regarding when the items will ship. I could not find a phone number to call. Overall, I probably will not purchase from them again.

  Received my order of blue Giusti glasses. Very pleased with them. I am new to Gracious Style. Maybe just encountered a off day but I reached out on the “form” they designed so someone would respond back- but never heard from anyone. I was curious to learn about the Rewards Program. The link to join was not working from my phone. I just wanted to join but alas never did. So to sum it up. I was very happy with my merchandise but my experience with customer service, was not exceptional. Thank you.
