  Lovely products but terrible customer service/liaise with their vendors. Each of my orders has had broken or missing items or extensive delays not disclosed at the time of the order. Customer service does not respond to phone calls (despite publishing the number on the website) and emails have gone unanswered.

  It took this item 2 months to arrive. At no time was I able to cancel order, speak to someone by phone or find out information on order on line. This was frustrating and infuriating. I ordered the item in early June for a July 22 birthday. To meet that date, I had to order the same item, from another source, which arrived in several days. Now I have the second item, which I am not interested in owning. I would NEVER order anything from you again.

  Terrible. I ordered the forks on May 4th with a delivery date of May 18. I emailed for a status update in June and they couldn’t give me a definitive delivery date. I was able to find what I needed elsewhere and tried to cancel my order with Gracious Style. They would not cancel my order that had not been shipped and then went on to tell me that items were not returnable. Horrible process with insufficient customer service.   The only issue confronted was that an incorrect tracking number was sent when the product was shipped, and Customer Service had difficulty providing the correct number. The shipper (ForwardAir) was excellent and delivered the product on time.

  Beautiful product, but it took TWO MONTHS to get to me with almost no communication in regards to timing or shipping. I ordered this as a sample to judge the quality before ordering an entire set of silverware, but couldn’t wait any longer and ordered the set. It arrived in four days FROM FRANCE, and I waited an additional month for this order. I’ll never order from graciousstyle again.

  This was my first experience with Gracious Style and I remain undecided if I will order from them again. My primary complaint is the lack of communication regarding my orders. First I never received an order confirmation or one showing my order had shipped. Nor was I ever advised that one of the items in my order would ship at a much later date. On a positive note, the website offers a wonderful selection of quality brands. Except the delayed item, my order was correct, arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition

  Products are good but poorly wrapped. One of the plates I ordered broke and I had to call customer service for a new one. The line is always busy so I suggest you try to email them to get faster results. I waited for 4 months to get my order because they are special order items. At least the quality is good.

  First impressions are important and Gracious Style missed it on this one, when placing the order the selections were excellent and broad. After I placed the order, I thought the communication was vague, and to a point, misleading. The first email confirmed my order, two days later, “if an item is discontinued, then unfortunately it cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged.” Wait, am I getting it or not? This went on two months, then, the order shows up. I would never order again. The price is the same at any retail boutique and the customer service and communication, far superior to this process.

  Ordered product 5/26 and did not receive any updates on shipment even after requesting updates until being notified early july that it had shipped. after starting the return process, i was given two weeks to get the product shipped back to them or else return would be forfeited. although it took over a month to get an update about shipment? then on top of having two weeks to get return in, they state it’ll be another 3 weeks before i’ll be notified the return has been accepted or reimbursed.

  Site was good, not great as more complete description is needed. I was Informed when item again became available (was not available when I was first looking). I waited. Updates provided an approximate ship date. Then was told when GS said the order was complete. I then heard from the shipping company to schedule a time that I would be home. Item was delivered on the day and time I had made myself available. I paid for delivery, however the item was left in my driveway and “not delivered” in a manner appropriate to the item. This was both unacceptable and inappropriate. While GS did not deliver, they picked the delivery vendor and this reflects poorly. There are expectations that expensive items be handled in a professional manner.

  I placed an order for 12 bowls (3 sets) and somehow received 8 sets (32) bowls. I found the ordering process confusing and I kept deleting the extra orders but obviously they did not delete. Of course the shipping and duty was very expensive to boot. I would return the extra bowls but then I would have to pay for shipping again and your policy is to not issue return labels. It looks like I have a lot of hostess gifts in my possession. I certainly would not order from you again.

  Order was delayed due to COVID 19 and reduced production. Which is fine. That is what it is. Original order was place in Jan order was fulfilled in late June. However, there was NO communication with us about this, and our credit card was charged and then the charge removed almost monthly. In addition, when I tried to reach Gracious Style via telephone, it went straight to voicemail, and my call NEVER returned. Disappointing, and I will NOT use them again. Communication is the cornerstone of good business relations.

  I originally made the order in January and my credit card was charged at that time. They were back ordered until April. When I had not received them by MAY, I SENT THEM A COPY OF THE ORDER WITH A LETTER STATING THAT THEY HAD BEEN PAID FOR BUT NOT RECEIVED. The reordered them and I received the wrong spoons. I ordered tea spoons and was sent larger dessert spoons. Got the order in June after ordering them in January. Not good !

  The products I did receive were really nice. I had to cancel the rest of the order because they kept changing the ship date to later and later on in the year. Their customer service is horrendous! I called multiple times and never spoke with anyone. I left messages and they never returned calls. I hoped that they weren’t but honestly I began to think maybe they were scammers.

  Functionally, the order and fulfilment was exactly as expected. However, no amount of inquiry for any reason was able to yield any sort of response, not email, not phone or text. Silence. So, if you are comfortable slipping an order under the door and hoping for a delivery, this is your source. They executed as they said they would on the order page.

  I would strongly caution everyone to avoid shopping on graciousstyle.com. First, they sent me a random item instead of the item I ordered. Then, when I asked for the correct item, they ignored my request and would not provide any information about replacing the item. Then, when I realized they wouldn't send the correct item, I requested a refund and they refused to provide one. Their customer service has been a nightmare and a waste of time. Do not shop here.

  Horrible customer service - they sent me the entirely wrong item, and then told me to wait 7-10 days for a credit and return label. Still have not received my credit so had to get American Express involved to dispute charges. Would never order form them again!!

  This was a purchase for my wife's birthday. I ordered in plenty of time according to your information it was schedule to arrive 1 week before her birthday. I never received any communication from your company that I myself did not initiate. Each email I sent requesting when her present would arrive was met with yet another delay. Her birthday present finally 1 month after her birthday party.

  I ordered on 2/27/21, got a confirmation e-mail and heard nothing else. On 3/7/21 I requested an update. Then I heard noting and could not inquire further. More than 2 months later on 5/28/21 finally heard that the product was shipping. This was a very bad experience.

  I am thrilled to now have a full set of spoons! Gracious Style offered exactly what I needed at an affordable price. Only problem was it took months to arrive. I almost canceled the order, but glad I didn't. It was worth the wait, but if you need something quickly, this is not the place.

  The order was placed November 2020 and delivery was for December 19; Order was delayed for February, then,March, then, April, the finally in June 2021! And I was only notified if I made the request concerning the status. I was never contacted by Graciuos style unless I made the request.
