  The order was a little slow. I can understand this under the realities of the past year. HOWEVER,.....it would have been extremely helpful if 'gracious style' would have sent me a message or email regarding a timeline of expected delivery or any notification of shipping or delivery delays. Unless I call them to find out info on ETA, then I would be in the dark. Communication is everything between buyer/seller. So more info from gracious would have been a great help

  I waited 6 months for the item (a mirror) and it arrived with completely broken glass. Heavy mirror with little more than bubble wrap and a cardboard box, and I’m pretty sure they are going to say it’s my problem, at least according to their website.

  Gracious Style was the only company able to find the item I wanted. Arrived as ordered, packaged well and arrived without damage. I did have some confusion because item was delayed, but when I contacted customer service they were very pleasant and able to address all my concerns and answer all my questions.

  Ordering was simple. Delivery takes a little bit, but that’s become normal with all orders from any company. This delivery was faster than most other companies. I was kept up to date and informed every step of the way. Great customer service response. Delivery was by freight truck and was very professional.

  If I were only rating the product (Dash & Albert bright stripe rug) I'd leave 5 stars, but the experience overall was a solid 3. Good: I love the rug, and I received a 15% discount by signing up for their mailing list. Bad: I ordered the rug online about 6 months before it arrived (not a problem, I knew it was backordered) but unbeknownst to me, I was not charged for it at the time. (An approval, rather than a charge was put through on my card.) GS then proceeded to randomly submit multiple additional pre-approvals (but not charges) without any kind of notice periodically (just charge me already, yeesh) so my account balance would drop by $600. leading me to believe I was being double and then triple charged. I then had to track down the charges with my bank, and it was a pain in the neck before I realized what they were doing. This could have been resolved if they'd just charged me for the rug when I purchased it, like every other online retailer would do. When I called to ask customer service about it, I left a message and no one ever called me back. When my rug was finally shipping 6 months after I ordered it, I was sent a notification email that it had shipped, and a link for my tracking number. When I clicked on the link, it said no tracking number was available. I sent an email requesting the tracking number and never heard back. I'm still waiting on the tracking number, but the rug arrived at least, so that's good. Overall: Great product, fairly inadequate service. I would likely choose another retailer in the future if I had the option.

  your communication about our order was subpar at best. It took a long time to get confirmation of when ti was shipping. you send conflicting emails about it shipping with links to tracking numbers that send me into circles with no tracking numbers. We missed the celebration b/c of this ... nobody could give us a clear answer as to when they would ship. doubt we'll order from you again. very outdated online buying experience

  Site was easy to navigate. Ordered item late January and received in mid-April. I tried to call customer service number and no response. Left a message and no return call. My item was lost and they sent a replacement, but I would not order from them again as their on phone customer service was not helpful and it took me more than a month to get a replacement for an item was that not cheap.

  I received the wrong item on March 10, 2021. That same day I sent 3 photo's of the wrong item including the box and items with the wrong name to customer service. I received a response thanking me for the information and photo's and asking me to retain the box and paperwork. They would get back to me in 4-5 days. Two weeks passed without hearing anything, and I contacted Customer Service again. This time they told me that they were backlogged, taking issues in the order in which they were received, and would get back to me once they had resolution. Another two weeks have passed with no word from customer service. In the meantime, I'm. holding an item that I didn't order and paid for, and I received a notice that my order was complete. What is going on there. Terrible service.

  Beautiful product but misleading color. Now not only do I have to pay to return it, the “free” shipping cost will be deducted from my refund. Double whammy. In this day and age when most businesses are waiving shipping fees, I find this somewhat ludicrous. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again.

  I was very unhappy with your customer service. There was never anyone available to speak with from the price of purchase to the return process. there was a delay in getting back in touch and a lack of clarity about returning items. I still have been unable to speak with a customer service individual after calling a number of times.

  I ordered placemats on December 17 and they were in stock and should have shipped December 28. My credit card was charged immediately. They didn't ship until March 23. In the meantime I had moved and contacted them to give the new address. They were shipped to the previous address. Luckily, it was just across town and we were able to drive over and retrieve them.

  After three weeks, company emailed to inform me product was no longer in stock. They had indicated it shipped 5 days prior to informing me it was out of stock. The fact that it didn't ship immediately and that you have to "request" shipping information should have indicated to me that this was not a reputable company. I would never shop with them again and would encourage others to steer clear.

  I was very happy to find a particular product available on this website and promptly ordered 2 of them. The problem was the shipping and communication from the website about shipping dates. I received the first of my two (identical) items in a bit delayed but fairly reasonable amount of time, but without communication on when the second one could be expected. I had to contact the website to inquire. The website’s responses were rather difficult to decipher—I still wasn’t clear if I would actually receive my second item. Anyway, after another month or so my second item arrived. It was just a strange transaction, but I’m grateful to have received my products, which are lovely after all.

  All was easy and order arrived as scheduled, without damage. In future I would ask that you use recyclyible packing, not foam "snow" which is bad for the environment. Just use paper, even newspaper.
