The worse customer service I have ever encountered!! Spoke with rep (Chelsea) regarding returning table cloth for a different size. All she needed to say way look at our return guidelines, Instead all I received was rudeness, sassy & a attitude "I do not care attitude". I asked for a manager at this point and she indicated she was a manager. Her comments were we are a small company. She hung up on me. This was my first time experience purchasing anything from your company and will be my last!

I love the selection, but was surprised to receive a message shortly after my order in early February letting me know that my plates would not ship until April 27th. Not being able to wait for plates to arrive I had to buy a cheap alternative to get me through the following months. Imagine my surprise when a week after the interim plates arrived in late February, so did a shipping notice from Gracious Style letting me know my order would come early March. I know supply chains and ship times are very volatile right now but more info up front, and an update in the interim, would have been very helpful!

I ordered months ago. I ordered 2 of the same items and only received 1. The second kept being back ordered. I needed 2 but now only have one and can’t return the first I have had for months. Got email that it was delayed again. Wrote to see how long the estimated to rep the order would be delayed. Instead of responding your company canceled my order. So now I have a master bath that needed 2 soap dispensers and I only have one several months later. Not a good way to do business. Especially since other on line stores have the item in stock. I will never order from you again.

My order was confirmed quickly with an expected ship date. However the confirmation states ship date is an estimate. Then the ship date was pushed out. I am so pleased with my experience with Gracious Style! I had been admiring the Cat’s Paw rug for a long time. When I decided it was time it was not available on the website I had seen it on. Thank goodness I persisted looking online and discovered Gracious Style. They had the size and color in stock! Within 2 weeks it was on my floor and is beautiful!

I do absolutely love the plates and the design, but will wait to comment on wear on use. Plating is beautiful on them - i would have loved to see specific quantities the mugs can hold and feel they were a tad bit small for the size I was expecting for coffee mugs. All in all - a content purchase!

The whisky connoisseur tasting set is quite lovely. Very nice quality. Packaged well. It took much longer to arrive than projected — over two months from ordering. My only “complaint” would be to note that each glass piece had a clear sticker on it. The sticker left adhesive on the glass which came off only by using Goo be gone. For a high end gift like this, I would think they could come up with a better way of branding.

We've been using our Cutipol Atlantico silverware for many years. Despite buying [and returning] several high end silverware from name manufacturers, none have come close to the clean styling and substantial heft of the Cutipol silverware. Please be very careful dealing with this company. They completely misrepresented a product they were selling online. When I received the item it did not match the photo on their website at all. When I called (which noone ever answers their phones) finally after days of disputing the problem. They did return the item but it cost me $60 in shipping cost because they would not honor their poor representation of their product online.. Please be aware that this could also happen to you! Unfortunately very poor customer service.

I didn't get a tracking number. But someone responded to a ticket I made (and that didn't include a tracking number either) but grateful that I got a response. Besides I also got the sheets on or before the date in that email so it's all good. 4 stars because there's room for improvement? Or does it cost more to have a tracking number? I don't know. I had a back order in for quite some time. When I received a notice that it was still back ordered I cancelled my order. They shipped it this week anyway. When I contacted you for a return my salesperson INSISTED the order had not been cancelled. They also stated they do not supply return labels. My order was efficiently processed and sent within one week. Love my mugs. I have only 4 stars because the company has no means for us as consumers to communicate via chat, etc. if there’s a problem with your order, or you want to make a change, you have to send an email and then wait for someone to get back to you. For the high end products sold at Gracious Style, they should have a service department that rivals their competitors.

Called 2 times to know where was my order, which was a gift for Christmas bought early november. They did not ship anything because one part of the order was missing, which meant I had nothing to offer for Christmas. First time I called asked that things would be shipped in two batches, the first being ready and the second when the rest would be available... Altough they told me it would be done, it aimply did not. The second call I asked that the delivery adress would be changed so it would be directly delivered to my friend (a very very late Christmas indeed): I finally received just a few days ago the packages, all at my door step. The product arrived broken in multiple pieces, because Gracious Style did not wrap the Baker properly with bubble wrap. They will not replace the item. Customer Service has not been helpful. Telling me they cannot do anything, and that I have file a claim with UPS. This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if this review form would let me.

I placed an order for an item and was not told it was back ordered until after I paid and got a confirmation email; on the site when I ordered, it was labeled “in stock.” Then it never shipped, not even on the back order date. When I emailed customer service to find the item, I was told that they would get me a tracking number when possible, with no indication of time as to when my package would be sent. This was an engagement present for a family member that is seriously delayed and they gave me no way to cancel my order and get a refund when I requested that after the prolonged delay. Will never use this site again.

I ordered Simon Pearce boxed tea lights because the website showed photos of two tea lights per box. I ordered two boxes, expecting to receive a total fo four tea lights. However, when the items arrived there were only two tea lights total. I called Gracioustyle customer service and the representative stated she could see the website photo showed two tea lights per box. When I asked if they could remedy the situation, she said no because it was only one per box ,but understood my confusion as the website description was inaccurate. I asked again if she could send the remaining two tea lights but she said no. She did not offer any form of remedy except to return the items. Great customer service would have been an offer to remedy the situation by sending the other two tea lights or refunding half the purchase price. Instead, she mentioned she would reach out to the website team for a correction to the website. This was my first order with Graciosstyle and I am left disappointed. Would love to hear from a supervisor or management regarding this interaction.
