I ordered two each Simon Pearce $125 plates and they came taped together. No boxes. I was quite disappointed. The last time I ordered from Simon Pearce direct, I got a lovely box. These are wedding gifts. Very disappointed.

Do not buy from this company. YOu call and no one answer s the phone. I ordered a tray and tissue box. The tray kept being delayed- week after week going back to November. I was disappointed as I wanted the two items to match and at the time or ordering, nothing was stated as being backordered. Finally after leaving three messages a very snippy lady called and said they were having trouble in the warehouse. When I pushed her to see if they even had the tray, she said they were still waiting for it so it had nothing to do with the warehouse. I cancelled the order- and ordered on-line from Bloomingdales and received it within 4 day- free shipping.

I waited months for my floor lamp. Very difficult to get any communication back from the company. When my floor arrived, it was the wrong floor lamp. I am very frustrated, and I feel like at this point, I am just going to keep the wrong lamp because trying to return it is just not worth it. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I have never been more disappointed from an order done online as I was from Gracious Style .The reason I feel this way is because of the length of time receiving my order. I would have just ordered the items from Juliska but the plates were not in stock. Gracious Style had in stock (site said) what I wanted to purchase. This was a Christmas package that arrived about 5 weeks after it was ordered. I would not have been upset had I known the merchandise was not in stock and it would arrive this late. It was also shipped all the way from South Carolina to California and then shipped to Alabama. Did not understand all that. UPS said it was delivered on Dec. 17th and Dec. 24th to a residence in California. I finally got both packages but was so afraid I had been taken for $300+. Thankful for the final arrival.

Lovely champagne glasses. The initial delivery was on time, but one of the flutes had a broken stem. I had difficulty reaching the sender, so I spent my own money to mail back the broken glass. I was delighted that they contacted me by email to say that a replacement was on the way. Yesterday I received 2 new glasses instead of just one. Both glasses were intact! Yay!

I love the pink champagne glasses. They are quite beautiful. However, one arrived with a broken stem and needs to be replaced. I attempted to report the damage and left a message on the phone recorder, but no one has returned my call. They 2 glasses were not packed very carefully. It is not surprising that one arrived damaged.

I never intended to return my order (Juliska paper towel dispenser) but in addition to arriving a couple months after my order it is not worth the $95 price tag. The base is light and slippery...so I returned it. The return process is cumbersome. Gracious style does not provide a return label, you pay for the return shipping and....for the shipping of the item if said item shipped free.....well, there are many other places to shop! with free shipping and free returns

Disaster! I ordered six dishes. Three arrived within a couple of weeks, then I waited and waited months for the three remaining ones. They never arrived, after multiple inquiries. Then, five months later I was charged for the balance. When I called in for the tracking number, I was told they never shipped and that it was an error that my card was charged. I asked to be refunded and they made the process so difficult, that I called my credit card company to reimburse the second charge. I ended up ordering the three remaining dishes from another retailer and they arrived in 48 hours! Clearly they were aviailable, and the story of being back ordered was simply that a story. The entire process was handled extremely poorly.

Got the sets of cups two months later then was notified the the other two set of plates and mixing bowls were still on back order for another month. Then as on 12/2020 the entire order was cancelled. So what am I supposed to do with 8 cups with no matching plates, etc. ? Very disappointed

The website was fairly easy to navigate. Even when I made a mistake in the shipping address, they were able to quickly correct it. However, once purchased, it was fairly difficult to get updates. The ship date was set for 12/6, until 12/6 and then it changed to 12/28 - huge difference. Once it did ship, I tried to track it with no luck - you have to "request" a tracking number, which I did multiple times, but never got it. Thankfully, my order did finally show up.

We had purchased a couple of these trays when visiting Los Angeles and found them online at Gracious Style. Understanding ordering from Australia we would need to pay large transport costs but this purchase is the first time we have been charged US customs clearance fee and US local delivery fee of $57.00 added to the $120.98 shipping we had already accepted. Items cost $114.00 fees and shipping $177.98. Could you please check with your shipping company to see if they can do better.

The original order for these glasses was placed on a October 16th an authorization was placed on my account and 4 days later it fell off, the authorization and charge was placed again and once again it fell off with no shipping details or confirmation. A full month later the authorization was once again placed against my account and a charge placed as well, the glasses did ship after 5 weeks after placing the order with no communication within that 5 weeks as to the length of time it would take to ship. I will not be doing business with Gracious Style in the future. Their communication to their customers is non existent and even when I requested shipping details my request was met with silence. I'll be going to Table Arts in LA, at least they get back to me
