  I was disappointed in the quality, which reflects poorly on the value. You’d think the products were far superior given the photographs and descriptions. So all I can say is ‘Buyer Beware’ as they do not allow returns for the poor buyer who doesn’t like what he gets or feels he’s been fleeced by exuberant ad copy.

  I will never order from Gracious Style again. I placed an order for towels on 8/31, it took 2 months for me to get my entire order, the washcloths arrived on 9/19, the bath towels 10/22 and the hand towels on 10/29. These were all the exact same towel (Kassatex) in the exact same color. Not only do I think it unacceptable to have to wait 2 months for a simple towel order, but as a person concerned for our planet, the fact that they were shipped individually has a big impact on our environment i.e. several plane and truck rides and 3 cardboard boxes instead of one. Shameful!!!

  The site was easy to navigate and the product I wanted was shown. However, I was NOT told that the itemswere not in stockand it would take many weeks for me to receive my order. The rugs finally arrived last week and are beautiful. They have not yet been washed, so it's impossible for me to review how they will stand up to laundering. However, the colors are an exact match to the towels and other items purchased to upgrade my bathroom.
