  I ordered four Gien mugs on July 7 of 2020. Three of the mugs were finally delivered last week (first week in October. While the Gracious Style website showed that all four mugs had been sent, the packing slip from Gien documented that there were only 3 mugs in the shipment. It took four days of back and forth before I received an email verifying the problem and telling we that the missing mug would be delivered by the end of October. I will wait and see. But I will never order from this vendor again. While the business is located in California, the warehouse is in NY and apparently they have no stock of their own and so much order from the manufacturer once you place your order. None of this is explained on the website. Once I "proved" it was their mistake, the woman I dealt with was very cordial. Before that, however, they were demanding pictures of the mugs in their packing materials. I am just lucky that my daughter had not yet pitched the packing slip.

  First, my address for shipment was incorrect. I emailed them immediately to correct the problem. They emailed back that it was corrected. Then to find out it wasn’t. Go fast forward I finally received my package but the packaging looked like it was in a dirty fight. However, the pad for rug seems to be working 2 Nd day so far.

  Gracious Style was excellent to deal with. Shipments were delayed due to COVID impact beyond their control, but their customer service was responsive, professional and helpful throughout. Ultimately everything was delivered in fine condition.

  I love this rug. It looks like exactly like photos on the website ...so it did not disappoint. I ordered a rug pad to go with it but the pad wasn’t going to be delivered until January . I emailed to cancel the pad and within days they notified me that the cancellation went through. Excellent service.... very satisfied... would do business with this company again.

  I didn't receive the party napkins for my daughter's send off to chiropractic school. I paid an extra $45 to have them delivered by 9/5. They never showed up. I cancelled my order on 9/8. The next day I got notification they shipped. Your company recalled the product from the courier. Finally after emails and phone calls I got the product refunded but lost $45 dollars for quick shipping that didn't work. My experience was disappointing. I will no order from your site again.

  Shipping costs way too high and had to pay double shipping due to product description. The description left me to believe each product contained two items and only contained one each. Therefore needing 4, I only ordered 2. Had to reorder for other two and pay another high cost shipping.

  Received emails indicated product had been delivered but after calling to report the delivery hadn't occurred, GS said tracking info was for the manufacturer's shipment to distribution center and they were trying to fix the glitch. When product arrived the colors weren't as pictured. One set works anyway but had to return the other. Return process was difficult because the label didn't print correctly.

  Searched for days to find these basket/trays for crackers to give as a gift. They are so much prettier and better quality than anything else found online.   The product and price were great. The items arrived together. I had to pursue customer service to find out when this would be delivered. It took longer than the 2 months I was initially told when I ordered. Probably delays from the manufacturer but I expect to be kept informed, not having to be the one who hunts down the answers.

  I was happy with the ease of ordering. Communication left a bit to be desired. Updating on actual shipping date would be helpful. I was told the item was backordered again after the ship date came and went. I attempted to cancel order then immediately was told my order had shipped and it wasn't possible to cancel!? Still, my rug arrived in good form and it is lovely!

  A very good resource for the home. What I wish is that your site for Marcus selection mentioned ANYWHERE how irregular the tableware is. It is very irregular and find it not very opened for your site not to mention it. I find it very important to let that known.

  The worst place ever!! I've sent my items back and still don't have my replacements back. Customer service is a nightmare. Why buy from them when I can get dishes at a dozen other places? This was my first experience with this company and will definitely be the last!!!

  Where did you send them back to? According to our records, you ordered the dinner plates, then contacted us to change them to salad plates, and we were trying to help you do that by contacting the manufacturers. If you've sent back the dinner plates, it was not to us or our warehouse, so we would have to track them down for you.
