  The site was wonderful and easy to shop. It took months to get my order though, which was a disappointment. However, I'm very pleased and it arrived earlier than was indicated. I ordered in May and and received it mid-August. After my order was placed, I received a notice to expect it in September.

  The delivery was much later than anticipated. It was scheduled twice and a no show each time. I ended up going to get it from the trucking company myself when it arrived in my city. That was a horrible experience as they wouldn't take it out of the crate for me. I tried multiple times to follow up on delivery with Gracious Style and they just kept giving me the run around.

  I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've researched it and come up with the following: 1. Yes, there was an incorrect measurement provided originally, which delayed the shipping. 2. the shipping company was having a hard time contacting the customer to coordinate delivery. 3. As far as not removing the item from the crate, that would be a part of white glove delivery, which would be more expensive and they do not offer. 4. It was the customer's discretion to pick the order up rather than waiting a day or two for delivery.

  When the sheets arrived I laundered them. They came out of the dryer extremely wrinkled. I put the fitted sheet on and immediately noticed a small tear. Looked more like worn fabric. These are advertised as Hotel quality. I have never seen wrinkled and torn sheets at any hotel I have stayed at. Very disappointed. They were returned for credit.

  The navigation was intuitive and easy. You had the wine glasses that we were unable to get direct from the supplier in Europe. The price was comparable as well. I ordered three and one was broken upon arrival although well packed. I sent pictures and within a month Gracious Style sent me a replacement glass, no issues.

  There was a lag in the time that was originally stated as the approximate shipping date, and the actual shipping date -- and silence in-between those time. It would be better to communicate with costumers when there is going to be a 2 to 3 week delay as we begin to wonder even if there was no charge on the credit card -- the charge was made only when the shipment took place.
