  I originally ordered the wrong size and called customer service to have it changed. The girl I spoke to said it was already sent to the warehouse but she would try to have it changed and send me an email either way. Within an hour I received an email stating my change was made and I would receive my new size drug in a week. I was not disappointed.

  I really like my beautiful plates and salad bowl. There is a small ding on the underside rim of the bowl but will keep anyway as no one can see it. I bought 16 plates, I really only need 12. I was going to return the 4th set until I read if shipping is free, which is my case they will deduct shipping charges to return. Because I will have to pay for shipping to return I do not want to get hit again on your end. I will keep the extra 4

  My card was not included, so that the person receiving the gift did not know who sent it to him. I had to get in touch with him to see whether he received it, I was never notified that he received the gift. I was notified when it shipped. I expect more from a store such as "Gracious Home".   I was impressed with Gracious Style's customer service. I ordered three wine glasses and unfortunately, although well packed, one glass was broken upon arrival. I traded e-mails with one of their customer service reps (she asked for a picture of the glass, the box it came in and the shipping box. She then confirmed that they would replace the broken glass. All of this was prompt and professional on their part.

  These Bistro Sabre flatware (in ivory) are beautiful and substantial. The weight of them feels good in your hand. The knives are as sharp as steak knives. The size of each piece is just right.
