  Today I found this company by pure coincidence. I lost my passport in my house when I moved in from NC. I know that I saved it, but I cannot remember as to where did I hide it. So I have been very worried. I was determined in re-applying for a duplicate passport when I found this ad this morning. They are making it easy for me to regain my passport. So, I am very pleased with their service. Thank you!

  This was so easy to do down right pain free. Was not prepared to pay out so much but in the long run well worth it! I have needed a pass port for such a long time. In case of an emergency I can now go and see family. Better than getting a “real” drivers license!

  It was very fast and easy just make sure you read well so that you can understand it. Just in case you do not want to add on different things where you can bypass half of the things that they offer and just go straight to renewing whatever you need to renew or apply for.

  I was very disappointed with my Gov experience. I lost my Social Security card and simply needed to request a replacement. I thought using their service would be quicker; however, after almost three months, I still hadn’t received my card and had exchanged nearly 30 emails with Gov . Most of those interactions were with an AI bot that never resolved the issue. I finally requested a refund and went directly to the Social Security website, where I was able to request my replacement card in less than 10 minutes. I’m frustrated that I wasted both time and money on this service, and the endless AI responses were incredibly frustrating.

  I thought it would be much more difficult. I thought it would be more involved and yet it really turned out to be very simple and easy to do. My problem was not remembering exactly all of the right dates so I had to check with my sisters. But it went smooth as it could go, and I’m enjoying the program.

  I got onto GovPlus website and within less than 10 minutes I had my TSA PreCheck application filled out and submitted; without having to leave my home. No drive to center city, no waiting in lines for hours. Now I get to sit back and wait for it to come in the mail.
