  I did not care for the 5-dozen proline ball bag, cheap balls nothing proline about it, used Noodles are not my idea of proline. Also, during my last two purchases at checkout it said you qualify for free shipping, guess what you still charged me $10 for shipping for each shipment. I'm done with Found Golf Balls.

We do offer specifically high end models of balls specifically as opposed to a mix of proline balls you ordered.   I've not been disappointed as the quality of golf balls are 95% pristine. On rare occasion there has been a ball or two that has a huge "logo" on it and I'm not a fan of logo balls. However, for the price and the quality of ball shipped, it hasn't stopped me from reordering. I think this may be my 4th or 5th order with you.

  Everything from the order went great. Problems Occurred after my purchase with two charges to my account. These charges came with your name as being the charger. After a while it was discussed I I e mailed my concern. Shaun. addressed my concern and it was determined that my bank charges for international exchange.   Ordered 5 dozen 5A mint and not one ball had a mark or logo on it. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ball, I meant to get the Chrome Soft X but ordered Chome Soft instead. It would cost me too much to ship them back I suppose so I have to live with my mistake. Balls were in immaculate condition though. Jon

  I have been burned several times buying "used" golf balls from different companies. Spending the extra money for the "pristine" balls.   After multiple attempts to reach the site prior to my order being processed, no contact was made. My order was shipped to the wrong address. I tried multiple times to contact them via phone and via email. I still do not have my package. I no longer live at the address it was shipped to. Customer service really dropped the ball on this order.

  Weird, the only email I find from you all on the 29th was one of your marketing emails. The refund has not shown up yet either. I coincidentally had to return something I bought online to Walmart on the 29th. They were able to issue a credit to my account the same day. It's been four days since the 29th. Is there an issue?

  Unlike other “Used” golf ball joints, you actually get what you pay for here. No logos means no logos, like new is really like new. Honestly graded, they don’t advertise one thing and ship you something else.

  I ordered multiple types of balls in multiple grades for myself and my son who is just taking up the game. I would have to say that the appearance of the balled I was shipped were much higher than what the level of grading was. When I have ordered pre used balls before the grading that I got was usually sub par, but the 8 dozen balls I got from Foundgolfballs was way above what I was expecting for the grade I ordered. I will continue to purchase balls from them as long as the quality stays top notch.
