  Ordered 300 mixed Srixon golf balls and received 300 Srixon Marathon balls. (the cheapest they make). I expected to get mostly cheap and a handful of Q and Z stars. I did not expect to get 300 of the cheapest single core ball that Srixon makes. When I reached out I got no reply. Wont be doing that again.

  The ordering process was easy and the product arrived in the timeframe expected. The playing condition of the balls were great. However I had ordered 6 dozen bold matte pink balls and found only a small percentage of them still had boldness in color. The majority of the balls were very dull and stained and lacked the visual appeal I had hoped for. There is also a very unpleasant musty odor that doesn't go away.

  Several delays and rescheduled deliveries by UPS. Although not their fault, I had to contact foundgolfballs.com to voice my concern and stated that if the balls were not delivered after the last reschedule delivery notice, I would be cancelling the order. When I finally received the balls, I inspected and generally they were OK. However, the order was incorrect. Also, there were several that I would not grade as mint or pristine, which is what I ordered. I've dealt with this company in the past and this was not up to previous standards.

  The golf balls in their condition I do not believe were worth the price. I will not be ordering from them again. I found Callaway Chrome Truvis Green to be no better than the Srixon golf balls I use and they are $11 a dozen cheaper.

  I purchased mint condition and they came in that condition. I was happy about that but the free personalization is weak. Not very dark and is nearly gone after 2 rounds. It was free but wish it stayed on longer. Delivery time is poor. UPS service took nearly a week to receive and I paid the shipping fee.

  Two dozen balls were not sent. I can accept the fact I made an error in my order. I would have just been happy to live with my error. However , there were only 20 balls in the order and that was not what I was willing to overlook. Therefore, the return!!
