  Dear John, Please keep in mind that 4A quality do have scuffs, player markings, and random logos on the ball as stated on the website. We do offer 5A pristine quality that are like new balls without random graphics or logos.

  I ordered Callaway Chrome Soft and received Callaway Triple Track. The exchange process wasn't bad. They wanted a photo of the Triple Tracks and would not ship the Chrome Soft until they had the Triple Tracks in hand (and my money).

  Received 2 balls that were not the balls I ordered and a few that had scuffs I'd consider less than mint and unusable. Had 2 previous orders that were fine. The main reason for my low review is that there is an absence of customer service. It's not that it's bad, it's that it does not exist. You will get no answer at all, simply ignored.
