  The balls seem fine, however box they were delivered in was broken. Also, I ordered 5 dozen balls and four were in bags and one dozens were thrown in the box loose. Not the quality shipment I expected.

  This was my second order. The golf balls ship pretty quickly and are as you'd expect. If I have any complaint, it's the smell of whatever chemicals they use to clean them. But to be honest, I know they've been cleaned well and likely sterilized. They were bright white, which says something.

  The BRIDGESTONE soft pink and yellow are horrible. Used over several outings and was disappointed with their performance. I won't even use as a water ball. Not sure if these were factory rejects.

  The product was delivered late after the given delivery date effectively making the product useless. After several emails with customer service asking for a refund, they refused to issue a refund because it was a custom product. I recommend shopping elsewhere as you will be promised a delivery date and disappointed when it doesn’t arrive when needed.

  I ordered 5 dozen and received them quickly. Unfortunately one dozen was incorrect. I ordered customized Bridgestone B XS balls and 6 of the balls were Titlest. They were also customized as requested but were not the pristine caliber. I’m not sure how this mistake could have happened, but it did. Fortunately I called the company and they refunded the cost of a full dozen. I truly appreciated the way they made the mistake right

  I've already opened and separated them along with soaked them in soapy water for 24 hours to reduce the over powering smell. Just does not give me any confidence in buying again. I am an armature golfer that plays 4 rounds a week ish and loses alot of balls. Maybe I will wait to see if you ever offer the cut in the non mixed bags so I can get that works for my swing and is not too soft.
