  Ordered 25 doz of your 3a balls to sell at our pro shop but the quality was so bad I had to use them as range balls. Too bad too. We’ve been looking for a new vendor to use for our resale balls but can’t use you now due to the low quality and being 90% one kind of low grade balls (Pinnacle). I called to let you know this and was told I ordered the wrong balls. Customer is always wrong these day it seems. Young Lady I spoke to said she would see if she could send out a doz or so of your 4a balls so we could see the difference but haven’t received anything yet. Guess we’ll keep looking for a new vender.

  Hi Mark, We are sorry to learn this experience was not stellar. Please keep in mind the 3a golf balls are for practice and and do not represent major brands . For resale balls we would highly suggest 5a quality or pristine quality. You may find the 4a price point is good as well. The 3a grade b are more for practice.

  Balls were advertised as 5A with nothing said about all the balls being logo balls, which they were. When I wanted to return the 5 dozen I was informed that they did not provide return mailing labels so I’m stuck with mis advertised balls.

  I had an issue with the original order not being personalized but they corrected the issue without too much effort on my part. I had to return 4 dozen balls and they gave me enough credit back to pay for the shipping cost. I reordered and it came in perfectly. I have not yet played golf due to weather in Ohio but will get out next month.

  The balls ⚽️ arrived on time and looked great. I have played two rounds with this delivery and performance has been outstanding. I am using the “Las Vegas” balls because there were a good amount of them. Very happy (as always) with my purchase.

  Quick delivery but unfortunately the order was wrong. I personalized balls and placed them in the cart and ordered additional non -personalized balls and completed my order. When they arrived there was no personalization. I reached out to the company and they didn’t reply. I reached out again and they finally responded and blamed me with no offer to correct the issue. Something is wrong with their online ordering system but they choose to blame their repeat customer. Great concept, poor customer service. Someone will compete with better service and succeed. I would not recommend and won’t ever buy again.

  I have dealth with several lost golf ball companies. Thus far, Found Gold Balls has been the best. What I mean is that when Found says the dozen balls are pristine, they have a very high probability of being pristine. Same for excellent and other designations. Basically, this company clearly works very hard to insure that their classifications are accurate. And this is what I really want from a lost gofl ball company: accuracy in description and order. Thank you Found Golf Balls.
