  Site navigation and ball ordering was easy and quick, unfortunately they do not allow for quicker delivery options, it's a choice between paid FedEx ground (7 to 10 days) or Free shippi g which is even slower. I'd oay more for 2 day shipping if it was offered

  I followed the instruction with personalizing the order and when they arrived the balls weren't personalized and I felt is was the company's' mistake and they told me if I wanted the order personalized I would have to return them and pay for shipping. Will not be ordering from this company any longer

  Hi Stephen, We are sorry you were bewildered by our personalization program. As stated on the website only the Pristine quality can be customized and you will have an opportunity online to customize the balls using our interface. The 5a Mint golf balls will have logos on them and therefore cannot be customized.

  Hi Stephen, The customization interface was not filled out hence our team had no instructions to customize the golf balls. Customers can order pristine balls with no logos and no customization as was the case with your order. If the order showed custom on it and you filled out the user interface our printers would know to customize the golf balls.

  I have boughy from Lostgolf balls.com for many years and said let me give found golf balls a try. I always buy 4A, 4 dozen. The price was a little better at FGB BUTTTTTTTT i have to say their 4A quality was more of a 3A quality sadly. Of all the times i ordered from LGF only 2x they gave me a cheaper ball i didnt order. I guess 1 slipped in. I notified them and they mailed me 1 ball at no cost. LGB just had a lot more defective balls which i would compare to a 3A quality and would not play. Had maybe a handful of balls with scuffs and slices on them. No pun intended

  I chose to buy the 5A 5 dozen set of golf balls, and out of the 5 dozen balls in my order 1 dozen were either scuffed, nicked, or had some deformation. Another dozen definitely did not have the gloss and appearance of a new golf ball, they were discolored like they sat in a water hazard for a bit. Another 2 dozen or more had player marks or logos, which I actually like (that's why I didn't do the pristine). The rest actually looked like new golf balls.

  They should let people know there used golf balls have logo’s on them. Most people do not want advertisements on there ball. They should make people aware of this and give them a choice of logo or not. I know they can because some of the ones ai received didn’t have logos. Out if the 60 balls I received 40 had them. There return policy is not much to speak of either. My experience will be on Facebook soon.

  I got a ball that has a point on it. The round ball actually has a point on it. I've never seen anything like it before. There are no breaks on the ball's cover. I'm afraid to use any more of them.

  The balls I received are great with the exception of the ProV 2021 which I received the wrong year. Customer service swiftly rectified this and gave my money back.

  How many of us have opened a sleeve of new balls, teed one up, swung the club and never saw the ball again. Found Golf Balls provides quality golf balls, many of which were hit just once! Save some money and try their product. I recommend them.
