  My order was a mess. The shipping address was switched to the delivery address on the order, found only after I printed it. I think the auto-fill on my computer did thi… I notified customer service of the error within minutes. No response. I notified them again the next day. No response. Then I notified them a third time (!) and was told a day later that the item had shipped to my OR address (billing) not my winter residence address (CA). Multiple neighbor inquiries and my remote door camera did not show delivery. No offer for fixing this or a reimbursement was offered. I had used this company multiple times before. But with such poor accountability and dismal responsiveness of customer “service” I will never do so again. No product and I had to eat the bill. Not what a reputable company should do! I waited to post this bad review hoping for resolution but none ever came. Sadly, I will not use this company again.

  For a ball that is rated 5A, in the order for 5 dozen, at least one dozen was not up to the rating. You could tell from the off color, scuff marks They will not have multiple rounds in them. I would only use for one round or as a practice ball. I called and left a message but no return call from them.

  I ordered the pink mix personalized balls. The site wasn’t finishing up the purchase so I called customer service. After multiple calls I finally spoke to someone who was great. She affirmed that the order was placed and that I would be receiving variety of pink colored balls and she would put the order to be created right away. The balls took roughly 8 days to come in. Upon getting the balls I was shocked when I opened and saw the different shades. While yes they were different shades, I wasn’t expecting 4 of them to be so lightly colored pink that they blend right in with the white original colored golf balls. The info on them aren’t centered as I created. I have tried to call the company multiple times and haven’t been able to speak to anyone about my order to just let them know that they should tell people assortments could mean almost white. All in all they served the purpose of my daughter being able to tell the difference of her balls from others at matches.

  I've been a regular customer of foundgolfballs for a few years now. I always buy 5A or "pristine" graded balls and I've generally found them to be indistinguishable from new in the past. Lately, there have been a few suspect balls creeping into the 5A graded balls. Generally they are balls with dull finishes that have clearly spent too much time underwater and should have been sorted out of the 5A grade. Still better then competitors quality but slipping a little and with prices going up that's disconcerting.

  I was so surprised at the condition of the balls. When the say pristine it does not do the condition. Is there a better name that is better than pristine. If there is they need to use it as their shipment of balls to me were AMAZING!!! I will be ordering more!

  No need for someone to contact me. I have been satisfied with Grade 3A on many orders in the past. It was just this order that was significantly below 3As i had received in the past. Not sure of the reason other they were discounted. I do not need anything to resolve issue. Just wanted to let you know.

  Took a chance on this and regret it. Ordered 5 dozen balls, all 5A/mint quality. Unfortunately a vast majority had either significant cover discoloring (not marker or logos) or scuffs. Some of the balls were cut. The order appeared to fit appropriately in the description of 4A and 3A quality. Provided details, pictures, etc to the company on Feb 25 and never received a response. Would recommend spending a few more dollars and going elsewhere.
