  First time purchase and most likely the LAST! On order form found an offensive handwritten comment. When I reached out regarding above, simply received “ We are sorry if you took offence. Thank you Customer service ”. That was not an apology and didn’t see any attempt to make a customer feel appreciated. I’ll stay with LOSTGOLFBALLS.com.   I believe you should say right up front with no having to go to another link when golf balls are going to have logos on them. Moreover, some of these logos are not small as you indicate. I am giving the title its 2021pv1 balls to a friend. When I saw the size of some of the logos, I made sure he was still good with that. Luckily he’s a young guy who wasn’t concerned. This present situation though will directly impact any future thoughts of ordering from you.

  The product has always been as advertised. I purchase Mint condition golf balls and they're very consistent with that rating. Another advantage to purchasing balls via the site is the chance to compare different styles at a lower price point than buying them off the shelf. For example, I wanted to compare the Srixon Soft Feels to Pro v1's, so I ordered a couple dozen of each in my last order. For what it's worth, looks like the Srixon's fly fine, but tend to get scruffy a lot faster. Any way, I suggest you give it a shot to save a few bucks and still get a superior product. And let's face it, we're gonna lose 'em soon, and it's easier to say "Goodbye" at this price than that for brand new balls!

  I’ve been buying your golf balls for many years, and have been promoting them in my retirement community of 2400 homes. We have 3 nine hole courses (all par 30’s) and have a Mens league of 300 members which I am president. Your product has been great.   Balls are in great condition, they look brand new except for a faint faded marker mark on one of them, but this doesn't bother me and won't affect how the ball plays. Haven't tried the balls yet, but am excited to try them out. Have been using the ProV1X's all season and heard these are even better!
