  I ordered 5 dozen Callaway Chrome soft refinished golf balls and the finish appears new. Any blemishes are hardly noticeable. They arrived the day promised. The tracking number supplied by UPS did not update and only showed "label created" from the time of order to delivery.

  This order is good! However, previously I tried to order 5 dozen with free personalization, but the price kept coming up wrong. Said personalization was for Pristine condition balls, but wouldn't give me correct price. Emailed customer service TWICE, but they did not respond to me either time. Disappointing.

  I tried to order personalized golf balls for my son for Xmas, but I could not get anyone to contact me to get this done. I sent 3 emails to customer service and did not get any reply whatsoever.   I’m a 12 handicap, and am perfectly happy stepping up to the first tee and pulling a ball I played with the day before. The balls from FGB are in better shape than most of those in my bag and often indecipherable from those fresh out of the sleeve. There’s also the fun benefit of seeing new and interesting logos, #’s, and quotes! No need to ever pay full retail for new Pro-V1s again. DHM

  The service and the site were easy to navigate. Four star rating was based on the quality of the balls in the 5 A pack in that a number of them 5 or 6 were not close to what I have received in the past. One ball had a persons name and the others had scuff marks.
