  Golf balls were ordered on the 12th, I received a message that the Truvis red blue were out of stock. I replied that yellow black Truvis could replace them. 18 days latter as far as I can tell nothing has been shipped. Disappointed would describe my experience.

  This is the third time I have bought golf balls from this vendor. I am happy with the quality of the balls and the price is a substantial savings over buying new balls. I play golf three days a week, so I go through balls due to the numerous water hazards on my course.

  I thought I ordered the AVX Titleist golf balls having checked the box on the page to move the order to my shopping cart. However I noticed AFTER I paid that that it was changed from AVX to NXT. I'll take blame for not properly reviewing the shopping cart but I am pretty sure I was ordering the AVX ball. I cant help but wonder if this was not a classic bait and switch done by your company. As of yet I haven't received any notification for a refund having shipped the unopened box back to California.

  Thank you for your feedback. We checked and you ordered the NXT balls not the AVX balls. We shipped you exactly what you ordered. Rather than blame us for shipping the wrong product and allege you were cheated on your purchase we offer a 100 % refund for the purchase price if you are not happy and clearly you are not. We do not appreciate your 1 star feedback and your bait and switch allegations. They are not warranted as we ship millions of golf balls each year and we wouldn’t have so many happy repeat customer if we resorted to deceptive practices as you so callously allege. We as a company are not perfect although we strive to be for our customers and pride ourselves on our record. In this case perhaps the only thing we are guilty of is not being able to read your mind as to was ball type you want. Please send us the tracking number of the return so we can follow it through As soon as your return is processed we will refund your purchase. We hope you had a good Thanksgiving. Swing easy.

  My order # was 122638 and I don't casually write negative reviews without careful consideration. I know I ordered the AVX golf balls as I checked the green box below the ball description. Furthermore, I got to that product page by checking AVX under the left hand filter column for product type. As you know they are listed alphabetically and the AVX golf ball is the first to appear. So how is that the NXT golf balls show up in the AVX product page? Additionally here is the e-mail message that I sent to your customer service in response to your automated e-mail indicating that I ordered NXT golf balls on Nov 8th: "Your email indicates that I ordered 2 doz NXT Titleist golf balls. I ordered the AVX golf balls. How do I return something I did not order and get a refund." Your customer service response was only that they will send a prepaid postage address label. Which they did. The tracking # is/was 9302 2108 9960 0027 2546 45 I sent the balls back unopened with the new label on Mon 11/14. It was delivered on Wednesday Nov 16th. I am still waiting on a refund. My impression is that something is wrong with your web page if NXT balls are showing up in AVX page. I would not expect you to read my mind but I would expect that you properly represent your product and not include NXT balls in the product page for AVX golf balls. I would reconsider recanting the bait and switch if I can get an adequate response as to how my AVX order got switched to an NXT order along with my refund. Gerry Stenerson

  When I received the package, one third of the top portion of the box was ripped open with clear tape wrapped around the ripped portion. The tape was seperated. A mesh containing some golf balls was ripped open and golf balls were loose in the box. There were 4 balls fewer than 2 dozen that were missing. Hard to say who caused the problem but the cardboard and mesh gave little protection to a shipment of 7 dozen golfballs.

  Bought 4 dozen balls, 40 of them are barely used and look mint, 5 of them have scuff marks but nothing that I wouldn't expect from used balls. 3 of them are designated backyard balls with severe enough damage to the shell that I wouldn't want to use them in a round. Over all great for the price, quick shipping, and would definitely purchase again once these find new homs in backyards and ponds!
