  I ordered a dozen 5A quality Titelist ProV1refinished balls . I requested the free logo. When the balls arrived a few of the balls were not up to 5A standard. I contacted Found Golf Balls customer service and explained the problem. They ultimately and promptly re logo'd 3 balls per my request with high quality replacements and then gave me partial credit on my order, for my trouble. Excellent people to deal with and in my situation they stood behind the product 100%.

  This would have been 5 stars except I ordered these soft lime balls with a specific "blue ribbon" to show support for Koolen-deVries Syndorme. The ribbon looks more green than blue, but I assume that was a result of blue on a lime green background. Next time I'll order white balls
