  The site is easy to navigate and I found just what I needed for my small golfing group. The course we play has a lot of water and I like to have a decent ball to hand out to keep the gang happy.

  I use the soccer ball from Callaway as I have limited vision and I can find my ball. A little pricey for a used ball. But not bad quality. Been with this company for 5 years. They deliver pretty quickly.

  Some of the balls, almost 15% are not even worth having in your bag. Quality of just 50% is decent. The rest are between average to pathetic. I know the cost is low but some of these balls aren't worth getting even for free

  I received my order and the balls were not at all "pristine". I sent an email with a photo of one of the balls saying i was not happy with my order. The next day I received a phone call (not a email) with a sincere apology and an offer to do anything I wanted. I elected to have the correct balls sent out and they sent out a full order of personalized golf balls for free! Fantastic customer service! I an a loyal customer.

  I've used your company many times the past few years and the service you provide is excellent! I play 6 days a week in Florida and as anyone here knows you can lose a lot of balls! I always get pristine golf balls from you and the distance and roll I get is equivalent to using a brand new ball at half the price or better!

  This is my third time trying to leave a review for this Company. My first review was rejected and went through a “mediation” process where the Company requested photos of the products I received so they could “make it right”. This was over three weeks ago and I never heard back. The second time the mediation process consisted of the company responding to my review “Same”. Customer service is terrible, don’t waste your money on balls from these guys. Original review - I will never use found golf balls again because they are clearly not providing the balls their customers actually order. It seems to me that they refinish every ball and send you what they have with a bootleg stamp of the ball you actually wanted. I ordered two dozen “pristine” Bridgestone Tour B X golf balls from foundgolfballs.com. The company offered other options including refinished balls but I did not want anything refinished so I opted for the highest quality option. I have used these balls for quite some time and was very upset when I received my order as all but two of the balls were clearly refinished (the logos were inconsistent with store bought balls and were clearly bleeding). To me this seemed like a minor hiccup. I thought perhaps it was a mistake in the packing of my order and refinished balls were sent instead of my requested pristine balls until I inspected further. About six of the 24 balls I ordered had hexagonal dimples while the tour b x balls have circular dimples. As I said I have used these balls for a while and they have never had hexagonal dimples. I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt that maybe this was an old design of the same ball but it is not. It is a different ball with the Bridgestone logo and tour b x stamped on it. Needless to say this makes me question all of the balls I got in my order. Never giving this website my business again.
