  I ordered found golf balls (yellow Callaway Super Soft) and was not completely happy with them. They were grade 3 (or whatever the designation is) and will not do that again. There were probably a dozen out of the 5 dozen that I would not feel comfortable playing with among my friends. My fault, next time I won't order # 3.

  Delivery took a little longer than expected but I was in no hurry. Also, my credit card assessed a small foreign transaction fee since the product came from Canada. No big deal, just that I did not expect it. And when I alerted Customer Support, they quickly credited me the small $ amount of the fee.

  Excellent service! When I ordered golfballs, I forgot to enter the coupon code for an extra 10% off. I sent an email to Shaun and explained my error, and although I did not expect to hear anything back, I was more than pleasantly surprised when the extra 10% was refunded to my credit card. I am telling all my golf friends about this and hope to steer more customers to your site.

  The entire transaction was to my satisfaction, and the product is as described, they're perfect and monogram perfectly. Just what I ordered. If I had any advice, it would be nice to have an option to receive them more quickly even if it cost more, or an auto reorder system. But those are not dealbusters.

  Have made 3 orders so far with each one being filled as submitted and delivered in a timely manner. Using their customization tool, I found it easy to upload my image and my text, adjusting their relative position on the ball so the imprint appears as I desire. Other players may have the same brand and number of ball but none of them have the same image on them.
