  This was one of the easiest moves we have ever made. They were on time, very nice, and lots of fun to work with. They did a fantastic job loading and unloading. I will be recommending firefighter movers to anyone I know who will be making a move.

  They are always profession, courteous, and respectful. This was the 3rd time I’ve hired them. But my first time for a commercial move. They were still awesome. Would recommend them to everyone....and I have!

  The guys who helped me move my belongings out of a storage unit and into a house were very professional, efficient and courteous. They were on time and didn't waste any time while doing my job. I would not hesitate to use Firefighting's Finest Moving and Storage again.

  They mixed the boxes from room to room resulting in me having to move a lot of boxes .. they damaged the 2 pillars and did not take responsibility for it ... when asked to move a crumbled rug they attempted half heartedly and rug still crumbled .... were ready to leave w/o asking if I needed anything ... there was still furniture in the middle of rooms which I would have had to move ....all in all felt they were trying to get the job done quickly no matter what the result .... did not feel that they cared if I was happy or if the job was fine right

  2 of 3 of the movers were very good, but I had damage to two pieces of furniture (refrigerator, credenza). The process for getting these replaced is ongoing. Seems they are in no hurry.

  I’m happy with the move, however I’ve noticed a few little issues that could have been brought to my attention, such as a broken table leg and missing set screw on my freezer door handle. They knew it was missing due to the movers reinstalled it without the setscrew. Glad the handle didn’t break off when we went to open it.

  When I hired Firefighter Movers. I expected 3 Firefighters muscular men able to handle my move. I got three young guys none of them were Firefighters. And one was new on the job so he was little help. I had to help them because they were moving so slow.

  Nice people. Saw a lot more cellphone checking among the crew than I would have expected. Paying $268 an hour for a crew of 5 - keep your phones in the truck. One crew member dropped a cabinet on his foot and had to be replaced which took a while and knocked the manpower down for over an hour. Quoted on the phone around $2800, job finished at $4K!!!. Four buddies and I could have used the same equipment and finished in time to keep the initial quote on target. Again, friendly folks on the crew, but when everything is in loaded packing boxes in a 3 car garage and a small storage bay 2 miles away, save for a desk, 2 fridges, 4 small dressers, 3 small beds, 2 couches a small upright piano and a small safe, 5 big guys and two 26 ft trucks should not take 14 hours to load, drive 70 miles and unload.

  I mean they got the job done. But we moved two households into one house. And my guys were more worried about what the other trucks guys were doing. We turned a 5.5 hour scheduled trip into 6.5 hour trip for some reason. They didn’t even move everything and I got told that some guys drag out the day so that they don’t have to go to another job. I’m grateful I didn’t have to move MOST of my belongings. But dragging it out for another hour because he’s worried about what everyone else is doing isn’t cool. Cost me more money — not him. I was told one price. Had it set aside and it took an entire extra hour? Why. Disappointed to say the least.

  It was a bit hectic but it was all taken care of. It took a full day longer than planned to get trucks to destination but the team was determined. The only problem I am having right now is how to file a claim on some damaged items. I still have not received an answer to my e-mail from a month ago.

  This was my third move with so firefighters and it was very enjoyable. I thought it was a little slow but I know there was a lot of walking and many items to move. Don't plan on another move but would use the fire fighters.

  Firefighting's Finest was the absolute BEST and easiest moving company to work with. The four (4) man team [Robert, Adolphus, Chris and Chris) were phenomenal, very respectful and courteous. Robert is the absolute puzzle master since I moved a 3300 square foot home into a 15'x20' storage unit. I have moved over 10 times in my lifetime so far and, will call on Firefighter's Finest to move me to my, hopefully, last and forever home. Any support I can give to first responders is a plus.

  A little pricy, but completely worth it!! The service we received wasn’t great! The guys were quick, respectful, professional and had every intention of helping us settle in our new home. A hard working bunch, and I was very happy with the service they gave us. We got time updates as the move went along and it happened pretty close to the estimated time. I was glad to have a fire fighter who had a second job and an ex-military personnel as a part of the team. Great job Firefighting’s Finest!!

  Excellent experience. All were skilled in moving and took great care of my belongings. Showed up on time and had a Team Lead with the crew all day. If you want it done right, contact these guys. Professional in every way. Worth every penny. 2 friends used "cheaper" companies and both had horrible experiences. The cheaper alternative resulted in unskilled labor, much wasted time, damaged furniture and ultimately paid more than was expected so ultimately no big savings. I am extremely satisfied with the crew I had and my overall experience. By the way..., I was moving after being in my home 32 years. It was a big move! Used 2 trucks and 6 guys.

  I have moved 19 times in my life and can honestly say this was the best move ever. Professional, courteous, efficient, careful, friendly and creative with an absolute focus on customer service, sums up my experience in a nut shell. From my 1st interaction, booking my move to the last item put in place, the entire experience was positive. I completely understand why FFM's online customer service ratings are way above the competitors I researched when making my decision. I highly recommend FFM for any move!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with firefighters finest moving company! From start to finish I was placed in complete care free hands. Communication was prompt and Concise, service was flawless, so professional and efficient and the job was completed faster then estimated. Moving can be so stressful and overwhelming. This was the first time I could actually sit down and feel completely relaxed while they took care of every detail. Thank you for an amazing crew!   These guys were great to deal with...and that is not something you hear often when it comes to moving companies. The scheduling of the move was easy and all done over the phone. They also sent a nice, detailed email in advance of the move with all the info/FAQ's I needed. The team that did the move worked fast, efficiently and were very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Firefightings Finest!!

  I was quoted 9 hours to move my house. It took 11 hours. I had previously moved all boxes, clothes, garage, attic, televisions and miscellaneous items. All that was left was the furniture. The crew boss worked really hard, the other three crew members not so much. I had to personally help, all items were not put back together correctly and when I emailed to talk to a manager no one has gotten back to me! I was charged an additional $476 for two extra hours of work, that I don’t feel I should have paid for. I am in a rental and will have to move to my permanent home in about 11 months, I will find professional movers! Anyone from Fireman’s Finest would like to discuss my number is+18327765651

  Wow! The movers arrived early, efficiently loaded the truck and we were on our way. They loaded our items into our storage bin in such a expert manner that we have tons of space for additional items. We definitely will be using this service again. And again. The 2 two gentlemen could not have been more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are the best!

  Good bunch of young guys who worked eagerly and as fast as they could. They could of used more attention to detail and care with not only my furniture but my new home. A few items were dinged up or scratched. In particular my brand new fridge had dents on it that it didn't have previously. I have to repaint some of the spots on my walls that that knocked the paint off and fill holes. Still waiting on the claims department to take care of my fridge. Haven't heard back and not too confident they will. Thought the cost was a little high for the service in received.

  The packing was generally good but a few things suprised me. The coffee maker was packed with grounds still in it and coffee in the carafe. She used a whose sheet of paper to pack a one in plastic figure. Other non fragile items were over wrapped.. o damage has been so far.
