  It was very professional and organized work and the supervisor and crew members were very polite and professional. The supervisor and coordinator were always staying touch in case of any delays. after my assignment in China, I am going to use Fire Fighting's Finest again. highly recommended.

  Only one guy on a three man team seemed like an experienced mover. As a result it took longer than it should have. Roughly 2 hours longer. They did not wrap or pack items in a way that ensured I would not have damage. They tried but compared to other movers I've used (6+ Times) the team left a lot to be desired. My items are in storage now, so I'm not sure what the final result will be when I move to my permanent destination and the move is completely finished.

  First! There are no firefighters working there! They are a bunch of young men that are not experienced and they played around and had to be told everything to do. This wasted a lot of time and you are paying by the hour. The estimate was the least expensive of the three I got but ended up being the most expensive of the three!! They scratched the floors and the furniture and Parts to the furniture are all over the place! I would never use them again!

  I used them to support our local first responders. Everyone was very nice. But, they missed two items I had asked them to move. And they are slowwww. Last time I moved it was from two locations to one and it took 3 1/2 hours moving everything I had. This move from one location to another, 5 miles apart, took 5 hours only moving furniture and a few boxes.. But, they were very careful with all my furniture, which I appreciated. Watch out for additional fees.

  We’ve used the firefighters to move us so many times over the years, and always have received 5 star service. This time, however, was maybe 2 stars but I added one for their track record. They recently moved us out of state and items were left behind in the move, some things were damaged, communication was poor, service was slow, things were placed in the wrong rooms all over the house... Definitely not what I know to be their norm but based on this experience I would think twice before using them again and now will cease to recommend them highly to anyone I talk to, as I have in the past. Disappointing.

  I had to ask the movers to put down floor and door protectors. They put a wet blanket on top of my late grandmother's hope chest and left it on during transport which resulted in ruining the top of the chest. They broke the top off of my wooden file cabinet and scratched the wooden floors of my new home. They were sloppy and slow. I would not recommend them at all

  I was not happy how they unloaded the truck boxes were but into wrong rooms so far 60 boxes we had to move to correct rooms.

  The movers did an excellent job, very thorough and handles everything with great care and high professionalism. They wrap everything and work very safe. Big minus is the estimate vs. the actual time used. I was given an estimate for approximately 2 hours and it ended up taking over 5. And since they charge by the hour it got significantly more expensive than predicted.

  I have used it fire fighters moving several times in the past with no problems. That’s why I hired them again. This experience was different. They didn’t seem ery experienced, and didn’t listen to my requests. It’s also the first time things got damaged. Both front legs on one of my chairs are now crooked. And the one thing I asked them to extra careful with, a wood and glass cabinet, with three panes of glass. The wood on the right side of it, is cracked at the seam, and on the left side, the wood is completely split. I don’t know if it can even be repaired. And it was hand made for me specifically. So I’m quite disappointed.

  Moved across the street in 100 degree weather. There were no blankets used, and we had sweat ALL over everything, including our cloth furniture!! Some of our door frames and cabinets were marked up and scarred. There were three guys, and only one was a firefighter. The company does a number on you and makes you think they'll be sending all firefighters.The name is very deceiving! Adolph, the guy who schedules is a hard sell!

  I wouldn’t recommend the business. I had to wait an hour and half for a tow truck because the moving truck got stuck at the end of my street. When I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience I was told that the $28 fuel fee would be waived. I was also told discounts were giving on weekends. They were not clear about method of payment. I got at least 2 or 3 different stories about payment options. They don’t explain the cost of everything very well.

  Thank you for allowing us to serve you with your recent move from Galveston to Magnolia using 2 moving trucks. I am very glad we were able to accomplish the entire move in 1-day. Many times moves of this size can be spread over 2 or more days due to service time restrictions. Thank you for your feedback.   We hadn't moved in 10 years. Firefighting's Finest was a great choice for our latest move. Over a 3 day period their crews packed our stuff and moved us easily, carefully, efficiently and professionally. They came prepared for the hard work and made our lives so much easier. No move is effortless or stressless, but when you have professionals like the staff at Firefighting's Finest it was tolerable. We were pleased with the care they took with our precious items and the communication about their progress and the next steps. We certainly recommend them highly and will use them again if it becomes necessary.

  Team was on time and performed the move of all units we requested. Only thing left undone, was the motorized bed did not get plugged back in. There was NO damage to any of the items moved. Price was "right" and, if we decide to move when our 2 year lease expires, we will call for your assistance again.

  This moving company is AMAZING!!! We had a two day move from a 4-story townhome. The first day was moving half of our place into their storage containers to be placed in their climate controlled storage warehouse. They had 6 guys and they were super polite and efficient. The second day we moved the other half to an apartment and had three guys. We were again very pleased with their professionalism and the speed at which they worked, while also handling our items with care. Can't say enough good things about this company...will use them for every move going forward!!!
