  This is the 4th move for my TCU kiddos, and we could not be happier each and every move. Great workers, on-time, met every expectation, great communication and follow-up. Pricing was outstanding and no surprises. Highly, highly recommend!!

  They were fabulous! 3 man crew for moving my mother-in-law closer to us. This was a hugely stressful move for her and they made it easy. They were all polite, funny and helpful. Above and beyond helpful for us. They took great care with all her things- they communicated any possible issues quickly- they arrived exactly when they were supposed to. I was extremely impressed with the ease of booking/payment. They worked around a slow elevator filled with people getting on and off as quickly as they could without upsetting the residents at her new senior living community. I can’t stress how easy this move was for us. Thank you firefighters movers!

  The movers who came to my home were nice, polite and professional. They were very careful with my family's possessions and worked in an efficient manner. It was in the high 90s yet the guys still worked very hard and quickly. I selected them based on other good reviews and I would recommend them myself.

  The crew that moved us damaged 4 pieces of furniture. One piece, a desk, had the entire corner knocked off exposing raw wood, making the desk an eyesore. All of the pieces that were damaged had been in our possession less than 2 weeks. This is definitely NOT the experience we expected. We used Firefighters Finest movers in 2009 to make a long distance move and they were excellent. In 2009, everything was moved without a scratch. We're very disappointed that was not the case this time. We have filed a claim with Firefighters Finest but have yet to receive a response. I guess only time will tell how or if this will be resolved.

  The team was awesome! They loaded my 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and transported it to my new home. Coincidentally one of the movers lives in my new neighborhood so he telling me about the neighborhood too! Nothing was broken and I even had a couple of items that had great sentimental value to me. I told them and they wrapped them extra well and handled them with great care! Highly recommend them and they were highly recommended to me.

  Great crew that worked extremely hard and quick to get our move done in one day versus the 2 days we thought we would need. The only issue we had that some of the boxes, even the ones marked fragile, looked like they had been somewhat crushed because I think they were going to quick. They also carried our bedside tables and chests not straight up and down so the contents were completely thrown around, most didn’t matter except my bedside table contained a box of my deseased mothers jewelry that ended up falling out of the drawers and I am afraid some of it is missing. The supervisor really stayed on top of the crew and they did a good job other than those two issues.

  We felt they were misleading about pricing and other details. They were extremely late so we had to reschedule. Late again on the rescheduled date. Didn't check in with me on day of the move, I had to contact them. The actual guys who moved our furniture did a great job wrapping the furniture and setting it up. They were fast and efficient.

  The price was very competitive with other companies, and I have used this company in the past with great results. But this time was different. Everything started out fine, but then I realized some of the movers didn’t really know what they were doing. I understand people have to train and start out somewhere but there was only one main guy and the other two seemed brand new and clueless. The main guy had to stop what he was doing several times to instruct the others and they were all quite slow, causing the hours paid for to go up substantially. They dented and scratched several of my pieces of furniture. Including a brand new (and expensive) coffee table and bench.

  We have used FF 4 times now and this move was the least impressive. The lead guys were good but seemed to have unmotivated crews who did not pay attention to detail. They would just put things wherever and even when we instructed them to place things in certain areas they did not. We had to ask them to make a bunch of corrections and pretty much gave up towards the end of the move and just told them to get everything off the truck since it was taking so long. Biggest problem is they put our 2 deep freezers in and both doors were left open. We did not realize this until a few hours later and had a mess. Overall not happy with this move.

  The pluses: On time, clean, neat, polite and flexible. The job was larger than anticipated and they were just ok with that, but not enthused. Would have given fire stars however their packing of some items in the truck were not well thought out and left us with a heavily damaged refrigerator door, bent spokes on one bicycle and damage to a wooden cabinet. We know it was not an easy job, but all damage could have been avoided if packed more carefully. Also a little disappointed that the packers were not off duty fireman.

  Our moving team was polite and professional. They really worked to get everything done as quick as possible, without compromising the quality of service. They asked permission prior to using our bathrooms, which was very courteous of them. This is our second time using Firefighting’s Finest, and again, another satisfying experience!

  Excellent move that went smoothly. I asked the guys to move a couple of things that weren't part of the original move and they were very nice to do that for me. Friendly, helpful, diligent guys who did a great job and helped me tremendously. One negative would be that I didn't receive a call 30 minutes before but everything worked out perfect.

  In the moving world, Firefighter's Finest is truly the finest. From my initial meeting with Andrew to arrange the move to their fine team of movers, Alex, Dillon and Victor, they all turned something I dreaded, moving, into a very pleasant experience. Andrew kept me informed and updated every step of the way. On the day of the move, Alex called to let me know when to expect them.They conducted the move super professionally. They demonstrated skill, experience, know-how and total professionalism. They brought all the necessary equipment. They exhibited a strong work ethic, consideration for me -- their client --, stamina, energy, great attitude. And this was their second move of the day, in 93 degree heat. They were always polite and courteous to me, people you were pleased to know. Thank you Andrew, Alex, Dillon and Victor. You absolutely made my day. Definitely you deserve far more than 5 Stars!

  My furniture is in good shape which is great. I wish they would have helped me a little more with moving a rug and I did not speak up. They left the front gate open with what they propped it open with and did not rehang a picture they took down to move the furniture upstairs. These are minor things.

  The overall move was OK. one of the reasons they’re only getting two stars is I have a refrigerator that is full of dings it took them over an hour to an hour and 15 minutes just to get my refrigerator out of the house, in doing so again my refrigerator doors are dinged up the side is dinged up and they also damaged a cabinet door that I found today when I went back to my old house when I asked about filing a claim the gentleman in charge said well I can give you a $25 credit. It was my understanding that you have liability insurance and I could not understand why I was just given a $25 credit granted at the end of the day I was exhausted and I just wanted it to be over with I also have a buffet cabinet that when it was placed on the tile floor it more or less was done to a point of upon impact a piece of the bottom of the buffet cabinet split well I use firefighters again I’m sorry to say probably not when I recommend them to my friends sorry to say probably not

  These guys are GREAT!! They called me in advance, were right on time, and very polite and professional. They made an emotionally hard move for me so much easier. I hopefully will only move only one more time in my life, and this is the company I will call. I most definitely recommend!!
