  This was my first experience with a moving company. I called a local company and they were pretty booked for awhile so they recommended Firefighters. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job and were pretty quick. Everything was wrapped with a blanket so no dings or scratches. The only name I remember was Donovan and he was a hard worker. I would use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to anyone.

  Jacob and his crew were awesome! It was like having 3 big brothers helping us move. They carefully loaded & unloaded everything, put the beds together, helped arrange furniture, and had great attitudes throughout the move. We have used Fireman’s Finest multiple times, as have our neighbors we found out, and each time we were satisfied at the helpfulness of the crews. Thank you for hiring the best and providing outstanding service!

  Wow.....where were these guys 25 years ago? I have moved many times all over this country....long distances and locally....I have never been so pleased with my guys...Sean, Garth and “J”....they were prompt and so personable....they almost made my move enjoyable.....and they were fast! I was amazed at how well they treated my belongings....thanks guys.....you are the best!!!

  Initial survey stated 2 trucks would be used, however only 1 truck came for the move. The crew was excellent and their contract showed only one truck. This resulted in a "self move" of items they could not take.

  On time, kind, respectful, very helpful, worth every penny. I wish I had more to give them. Great at moving extremely heavy items, and I'm talking 800 pounds down a flight of stairs. Absolutely amazing, will be calling them again when anything needs to be moved. Thank you!!

  The movers that assisted me with my move were very punctual, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. No items were damaged during the move and they did a good job of setting up the furniture in my new home. I highly recommend Firefighter Moversand will use them for any future moves.

  The firefighters helped us move in early July. We were so impressed with the speed in which they moved our belongings and had everything set up in our new house. We have already recommended them several times and would definitely use them again.

  The guys were on time, fast and efficient but careful with my belongings. They were thorough in explaining the contract and courteous in speech. They were helpful to move furniture when I asked.   The 4 movers did an excellent job moving our furniture to our new home. They were prompt and very courteous and took special care wrapping everything and moving some heavy items across wood flooring. I would highly recommend them.

  This is the third time we've used Firefighting's Finest Moving company. Once again, this crew was professional, courteous and took great care to protect our furniture and belongings. The carefully padded and plastic wrapped the furniture to protect it. They were careful not to damage the walls at the old residence or the new residence. They worked hard and fast to get the job done. Awesome!

  They called in route and said the had a third man and they could drop him off or I could 20.00/hour more and they could do the job faster. One guy dropped a small chest off his dolly chipping the corner but that had no repair to offer other than “I’m sorry” They worked smoothly and efficiently and often asked if they needed to move anything. Turned out a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be for a 1 bedroom apartment but overall they did a good job.

  I left before they did and even though I was clear that I wanted everything moved, they left half there. When I asked where the rest was I was given excuses such as they didn't see it....Duh , some of the things they didn't see were over 4 feet tall!

We take great pride in our outstanding reputation and also in exceeding our customers expectations on every move. I have tried to reach you by telephone and have left a couple of voicemail messages to address your comments. I reviewed the final contract and it looks like the crew was able to accomplish your move in less time than the original estimate. After speaking with George and Donovan, it is my understanding that access to your 3rd floor apartment was only by way of stairs. The estimate was based on the use of an elevator, as stated in the original job description. It is our policy to use 3 men on 3rd floor moves due to the health risks associated with the extreme heat we have been experiencing lately. I am very pleased to hear that George and Donovan maintained great attitudes during the move and were still able to beat the estimate using the stairs. The guys also appreciated your very generous tip. I would like to discuss your experience when you have a moment. Thank you again for your business and feedback.

  Christian - Thank you for choosing Firefighting's Finest for your recent moving and storage needs. Our afternoon crews are set up for arrival some time between 12 to 3. I do apologize that their arrival was closer to 4 than in the 12 to 3 window. We will review that notes and call information to make sure that our staff is explaining this thoroughly although it is explained in our scheduling email that you should have received. Our crew is to call at least 30 minutes ahead of time to let you know they are on the way. We also request that they call their second customer after arrival at their first job to update on their arrival time. We will make sure that this is emphasized with our staff however they do sometimes get to working and forget to call their second customers. We will make sure your crew lead, Kyle, does this in the future. Thank you once again and we do apologize for the inconvenience.   Dexter and his team was great! I have used Firefighting's Finest movers a couple times before, and they have always done a great job, but I have to say that Dexter's team was even better than before. Dexter and Nate (and I forget their third teammate's name--sorry I was operating on an hour of sleep that day) were quick, efficient, and of course most importantly careful with our move. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again (although not planning to move anytime soon now that I'm getting settled in my new house!)

  Our team of Firefighter’s was great! They were very hard workers, unloading three stuffed 16’ PODS in under 5 hours, taking only one short break for lunch!! Very polite, patient with our indecision in where to place things, and very careful and respectful with both moved items and the house. They also pointed out things damaged in shipment so we can file a claim with PODS. Would definitely use them again!

  This is my second time using them. They packed and moved us both times. The team could not be more professional handling our items or proficient with the move. They arrived on time, with all necessary supplies and were extremely careful in spite of a torrential down pour that interrupted the move. I highly recommend Firefighters Finest for your packing and moving needs. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

  We used them twice this summer: when we arrived to Fort Worth they put all our stuff in to storage for us and then this past week they reloaded it and brought it to our house. Two different teams- both excellent attitudes, speed, and ability. Our things are in great shape despite a country trip to Texas and the house is coming together very easily. I honestly cannot believe their kindness in this incredible heat- but they were awesome the whole time! We will use them again for sure!!!

  The movers were wonderful! They worked hard and got the job done in unbelievable heat! The company charges waaaay too much. They are twice as high as anyone else in town, I found that out AFTER I had already committed to the contract with them. My bad.

  Great job! Our team leader, Ray and his crew were courteous, and knowledgeable. They made sure they were meeting our needs on both ends of our move. They actually moved something twice before they left. They will make your move easy! We would definitely use them again.
