  My experience with this moving company was the best. I have used alot of moving companies over the years and these beat the rest hands down. They care about your belongings. I really appreciate their professionalism. I plan on using them in 6 months to move me into my new house.

  Only 5 stars because there aren't enough. I was in a real pickle with another moving company when Clark from Firefighters came to my rescue. He jumped through hoops and walked on fire to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff. Amazing experience at a very bad time for me. Thank you so much!

  Arrived in the timeframe I was given. Very careful with my items and helped me place them in the correct place. Placing perfectly was very important due to the weight and they were very patient and allowed me to measure to make sure the table was centered properly in the space on the the base. The rating in this case is actually for our company and the service they provided. We are glad to hear that overall you were very satisfied and that the only issue is that you felt that the packers possibly used too much material and overprotected your items. Our pack costs are a flat cost, no matter the amount of material used, so this did not cost you more money. Perhaps just a little extra time in unpacking.

  We used Firefighting's Finest a couple of years ago for a move and were very pleased. This time was not as good. All our belongings were delivered in good condition. However, delivery to the proper place in the house was not good. Even with boxes clearly labeled for specific rooms (and signs on the rooms), boxes were placed in random rooms, leaving me to hall improperly placed heavy boxes up and down the stairs. I paid a lot of money to still have to do a great deal of work.

  The 3 gentleman showed up on time, explained the process to me and then began. They even numbered all of my items to insure that everything was moved and stored appropriately. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their moving and storage needs.

  Very good move! Packed up first day, loaded second day, dropped off some of the load and picked up some more at a different address, third day delivered to the final destination on time! VERY EMPRESSIVE! This was not an easy job but they completed it.

  This is my second time using the Firefighter Movers and I was not disappointed! Arrived on time with plenty of notice, movers were courteous and made small talk, and took great care of my belongings, even when it started raining! I couldn’t have moved without them and are truly grateful for their support. I’ll use them in the future for sure!

  This move was as close to a stellar experience as I could imagine. The crew arrived on the time promised, were friendly and courteous, and proceeded to work hard to get the furniture and belongings I had wanted moved into the truck and without damage. On the delivery side they unloaded everything in good time and placed each item, no matter how large or small, to its destination in the new home. All the members of the crew were nice men and enjoyable to talk to but were undeterred from what they were there for. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

  They were a bit slow responding to quote request, but after phone conversation and bid they provided a top notch service. From loading in Spring, Tx and unloading in Austin, Tx. They were punctual, courteous, and work hard to load. Everything was inventoried, wrapped with pads and plastic. Unloading crew was not as big, but team lead Deon and Donavan worked very hard to get job done. They were awesome. Ensured everything was placed were it was needed. Received courteous call after to ensure job was to my satisfaction.

  Due to work I could not orchestrate the moving process thus meaning a lot of stuff was left behind and handled how I would have liked. Overall the young men that helped me when I was able to see them worked hard. I was sure I wasn’t going to need the whole 3 hrs but somehow I exceeded it. I feel a bit upset that I still had to move stuff out and paid close to $600 when I only had one room worth of stuff. But, I had someone executing the move for me and some of this negligence is on that person. I believe this would have gone differently if I would have been physically there because I knew what needed to be done. All-in-all I do believe this is a great company to go with. No major issues, great workers, prompt from. Loved talking with Rodney, he sounds like a recording but awesome customer service skills! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that of the price and fact I still had to move more things from my 3rd floor apartment 😩

  We had an unfortunate event happen where our unit and another person’s unit were mixed together so our 8 hour move turned into a 12+ hour day for the movers. I felt bad for them and know they did their best to improve a bad situation. I did get frustrated with the lack of communication during this ordeal. When I called the office, they weren’t aware of what was going on and couldn’t tell me why the movers hadn’t called. We had been waiting for their call for several hours and I know they were busy trying to “put out this fire”, but they should’ve been communicating with me as well as their office so we would know that things were going to be delayed by several hours. Overall, I was happy with their moving services and storage. A few of my items did melt so I’m not sure about the climate controlled aspect. One small mistake did create a big inconvenience for all parties as we had to spend most of the day sorting to see which boxes were mine and which ones were not. This mistake was made by their office so I do not blame them for this and was thankful that they took the extra time and attention to move us into our home and assemble everything. It was a long day for them and I’m grateful for their hard work.

  The three guys arrived 15 minutes early for the job. They appeared to be knowledgeable. I had an envelope with cash addressed to my housekeeper that was taped to the kitchen countertop that was missing after the guys left. The team lead left his iPad on the same countertop as this envelope. A large wall scuff/scratch was also left on the wall of the entry way to the home that I am selling. The manager of the Houston office is working with the buyer to have the wall repainted since I do not believe the paint can be touched up.

  The men worked very hard to load all of our belongings. They put in very much effort on a big move for us. A few furniture items shoes Overall, the men put in a lot of effort and worked very hard. They were easy to talk to and polite. The crew did not include a person we specifically requested, so they were one man short. I think they could be a little more careful on some items. A couple of bookshelves had damage after they moved it. A grill and some large potted plants were brought through the house when they should probably been brought through outside gate, causing a little mess in house they had to clean up. Still, overall we were pretty satisfied. They did discount our fee due to being one man short.
