  Super shop for professionals. Competent and friendly employees. The camera urgently needed a sensor cleaning again. At Fenway PHOTO, the price was affordable in a tight economy within a day. But given the quality of work, the price was fully justified. I like the tranquil ambiance of the store and the knowledgeable staff who are neither pushy nor listless. I feel in a safe pair of hands here.

  I bought my first Sony a7R IIIA off Markham at FENWAY PHOTO. The transaction was faultless from start to finish. Markham delivered the camera personally to me within 24 hours of purchase.   Fantastic buying experience A++ Fantastic buying experience. Matt was epic throughout the whole transaction for an pre-owned Leica Q3 purchase.   Trustworthy seller with great communication. I have just completed a purchase with FENWAY PHOTO for a Nikon Z8 body. From initial call Matt was extremely helpful, knew the product and market expertly and was really happy to talk over the differences between a few options. He was very open about the pros and cons of different mirrorless cameras and very transparent in his views - no hard sell, far from it, he wanted me to be perfectly comfortable in my choice. With agreed figures we completed some payment details and arranged collection which was done with his business partner Markham, who was equally friendly and professional, no rushing. I should add that another prolific camera dealer in NYC had also told me how great FENWAY PHOTO are to deal with so they have a wonderful reputation with both clients and also industry peers. I feel confident I could contact them at any time post purchase with thoughts or questions and they’d be there. All in all it was a superb transaction at my own pace and I really hope to do business with them again some day.

  New Experience, Canon EOS R8 This was my first experience with Fenway PHOTO, Matt was excellent, the transaction was made easy, from start of the transaction the communication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses.   Extraordinarily fast and smooth processing of the order, the payment process and the delivery. The complete ordering process is promptly documented on the web. The camera was in the original packaging and in perfect condition, with less than 1000 shutter counts according to an app I used and It's definitely a step forward from my point and shoot, with a lot of modern features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, but also it is easy to use and learn.   Great Product! I ordered this used JVC HM150 video camera and it's a perfect fit as far as I am concerned. I am using this setup for run-and-gun and one-on-one interviews and I could not be happier. Professional look, professional feel. Solid but light.   I ordered an expensive camera from Fenway photo-after reading all the recent reviews here, I was very nervous, but in fact the whole experience was fine. The only issue was the tracking number on the order was wrong, but when I contacted them they corrected it and the camera arrived in reasonable time, well packed and I was happy with it.
