  Excellent service. Got my olympus om-d e-m1 mark iii $250 cheaper than elsewhere and they kept me in touch with delivery times. Package arrived in good time and well packaged. They seem to have customer service first and forefront which is what makes it a great company to deal with.

  My First DSLR! At the moment I am a beginner and this camera was highly recommended by a few people and when I went to Fenway Photo it was confirmed. I talked to a few of the reps at various kiosks at Fenway Photo and I found that for me this camera gave me everything I needed. It is not a heavy camera and very easy to use. I am so excited to have this camera. I also took advantage of the Fenway Photo special, and purchased the Epson printer as well -- and all in all the total purchase was well worth the money.

  Great upgrade for beginner photographers Waited a long time to buy a decent camera. I am not disappointed with the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV. I'm still learning how to master the instrument.   Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8 This is the best lens I've ever owned, hands down. It is excellent for low light indoor sports. Super fast with amazing focus, it produces very sharp images. Also appreciated how Fenway photo was able to ship and deliver the lens to me in two days! (it cost extra, but worth it!).

  Order not delivered at the same time I purchased an order with Fenway Photo and was told it would be delivered on a Friday. When I received my order only two items had been delivered. I was not told that it would be arriving in two separate deliveries on two different days. That was very annoying as I waited for the delivery and was expecting to have it all at once. No explanation was given until I had to contact them to find out that one item was being delivered from somewhere else. No apology received either.

  I needed a new battery grip for my canon 90d, so I called Fenway photo to see what they suggested and my advisor recommended one of the best battery trip I was considering and emailed me a cart with everything I needed.   Disappointed with delivery as was told the package wouldn’t be left without a signature on receipt. It was left on my doorstep with no ring on doorbell and I was at home awaiting delivery as requested. Not good enough for an expensive camera like this.

  I don't usually write reviews for anything, but I was honestly so satisfied that I felt the need to. I'm extremely happy with my camera and there were no problems with Fenway photo, Ordered the camera in hopes that it would be here by Saturday but it came in on Friday, just as they said!   Fenway photo offered an Underwater camera at a price well below the merchant where I often buy cameras, etc. They offered fast, free shipping, no sales tax and responded quickly to a question I asked by telephone. All in all an excellent shopping experience.

  Excellent service, easy to navigate website, delivery very good, and the camera is a good bit of kit, So far I have taken of 700 shots and have nothing but positive things to say. The only drawback I can find to the camera is it's lack of automatic bracketing. However, I purchased it already aware of this and do not find it a necessity. I love the shopping experience as well. Very professional and easy to use. I never buy from anywhere else!

  I ordered a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 lens from Fenway photo. Communication via email was great, product was shipped quickly and in perfect condition. Still learning the lens since I've only had it about three weeks, but so far very impressed with it. I will be looking at Fenwayphoto.com for more lenses in the near future.

  Purchased a Nikon D3500 camera with a 18-55mm lens and they all arrived today, couldn't be happier, all items are as advertised and the camera produces excellent still images. My only complaint is that the bag included is a bit small to hold the camera body, along with an assortment of lenses and accessories.

  The camera is excellent as was the advice and help over the phone. But I paid $20 for a 2-3 day delivery and received the package after 6 days. I have been promised a refund, but so far that has not been provided. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.

  After comparing all the online camera stores; I decided to choose Fenway photo and I'm very glad I did. The product selection was immense and the price was extremely competitive.   Couldn't be more happier with the service I received from Fenway photo, everything went so smoothly from when the order was placed to when I received it. I've had the camera for almost a week now and I really enjoy it. I love that I can shoot RAW and full manual mode. Image quality is great. Really have no complaints - and the package I bought came with a free SD card.

  We ordered a camera on 5th June and we had still not received it. We were first told that it had shipped but we did not receive any tracking or courier information. When we complained to Fenway photo after two days they said the package was lost and another would be sent. Now, 3 days later, they say a second package has been shipped but again they have not provided any courier tracking information.
