    i ordered a dipped rose for my wife for our 25th anniversary. It was scheduled to arrive July 20th but never got delivered. My anniversary came and went no rose to give my wife. It finally showed up yesterday the 26th. Ruined my anniversary for us. You should give different options for shipping and not promise express 3 day delivery if you can't guarantee it will get there in the proposed time.

    Hello, First of all, please accept our sincere congratulations on reaching your 25th Anniversary! We understand the disappointment of this gift not reaching you within the 3-day timeframe that most of our orders get delivered. We can see that there was a hold-up with your order at our Memphis Hub on the 15th July, and we have had this issue investigated with FedEx. We also note however that the first time you reached out to us about this issue was on Saturday 24th July, and the only way we can know if a customer has not received their package, is when they contact us about the issue. Please be assured that when we are notified that your package has not been received, we act promptly, and in the case of this package being delayed at our Memphis Hub, we would have re-shipped your order much sooner. The majority of our orders (>99%) are indeed delivered within the timeframe we publish on our site, but on occasion there will be circumstances beyond our control with our third party carriers. We were informed by FedEx on 25th June that an unknown number of packages at our Memphis TN depot were mistakenly sent to a Walmart Returns Facility earlier in the month, and unfortunately our only means of finding out who had been affected is when our customers let us know they have not received their package. We communicated this to you when you first reached out to us, and we note that there have been at least 6 further occasions when we corresponded with you, as it is of utmost priority that we keep the channels of communication open with our customers. In addition, your refund was processed immediately upon your request, as we notified you last week. We truly understand the immense frustration this unprecedented matter has caused, and it has been rather unfortunate for many of our valued customers like yourself. Depending on each customer's preference, either a replacement has been shipped with FedEx Priority, or a refund has been processed.     My order was easily placed. I found the rose and case just as described. My package arrived in 3 days. The outside bagging was ripped up and I feared for the case but no damage occurred. My wife has yet to see it because our silver anniversary is June 29. I think I made the right choice. My only issue was it was a little pricey .

    The photos don't do the rose justice!!! It is stunning, truly a gorgeous piece of nature that has been tastefully reviewed. The site says that the rose is 11 inches long, however, the photos are deceptive there also, the photos look small, but the rose is definitely 11 inches long. The black box really sets off the display. Thank you very much for the perfect Anniversary gift, my wife loves it!!!

    The rose itself is beautiful and was greatly appreciated. What was not appreciated was the uncertainty around when I'd receive it. I wanted to give this gift on the day of our 25th anniversary, but she did not get until 2 days later, which was disappointing. If I had know that there was going to be a delay with the order, I might have pursued other options.

    The product is great but the box was put in a large plastic bag which was mangled by FedEx, who threw it out of the truck onto my driveway. The exterior box was damaged inside the plastic bag but the interior product box was fine. Next time ship in a box instead of a bag so FedEx cannot destroy it.

In regards to the outer white sleeve you are referring to, please note that this sleeve is designed solely to protect the box within from damage and may show signs of slight wear from transit.     Communication is non-existent. Website says usually ships in 3 days. Waited 5 then sent an email requesting an update. Called on day 7 and was told the rep couldn’t help, but would forward my issue to someone else. Got a response to my email from day 5 on day 8 that basically said they’re busy and will send it soon. Product finally arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed without so much as an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” Just poor customer service.

    Ordered on 3 May with Free Express shipping. Received an email stating I would receive another email with tracking information. On 10 May, I called the customer service number listed in the email and get "this number is no longer in service" response which scared me to think I paid for a scam. I go to the website and to find another number then speak with a customer service representative. I asked about the status of my order and get told she is unable to track it. She explains that she can only process new orders and that my issue will be forwarded. I was told I would receive a phone call that day or tomorrow; both did not happen. I sent an email that day and the day after with no response. I called again and she sent another inquiry. I finally get an email saying that my order will be shipped and thay there was a 3 day delay. That's no excuse for the 7 day delay that prompted me to reach out. Thankfully, I received my anniversary gift today. One day before we leave for our trip. As a customer, I was worried and felt scammed. The customer service was terrible and email information was days late. Just a bad experience overall.

    If you order from them make sure you follow up with them a couple of days later to make sure they processed your order. In my case, it was 5 days and I still didn't receive any tracking or confirmation on shipping. So I decided to email them and a few minutes later I received confirmation that my items were shipping. To me it seemed like they completely neglected my order and dropped the ball and when I reminded them, it was like "oops, here is your tracking number." I also asked for expedited shipping on their part in my email dialogue with customer service, however the rep straight ignored my me and didn't reply back at all. They shipped it regular USPS and of course it arrived late to my place. (It was a gift, and I ordered it early enough, relying on them to ship it as early as possible to arrive for the event, that didn't happen.)

    Please note that you all didn't even process my order/create a shipping label until 5 days after I paid for this item and decided to email you to check on my order. It wasn't like you all had process my order and created a shipping label for it a few days after, then it left your warehouse, so I don't think it has anything to do with shipping at that point. I would understand if it left your warehouse then it is out of your hands, and up to the carrier to ship to the location. And the fact that I do check my spam messages every so often, and during that week I didn't receive anything from you all regards to shipping of my item UNTIL I emailed you asking for the status.     The Eternity Rose is beautiful and my lady love it. But, the chain popped after having it on for 1-2 hours. I suggest that they put a stronger chain on it or after getting The Eternity Rose you buy a better chain for it.

    Before ordering, I called to verify shipping time as I needed the rose for a special occasion. Based on that information provided to me, I placed my order. When the order did not show up on time, I again called. I was told that someone would check into it and get back to me. Nobody got back to me.     The rose arrived in a timely time and it was well packaged. Note: the vase came out of its space, and was against the rose, BUT there was no damage. Might suggest something to hold the vase and flower in. There was a paper inside w/ some pertinent info, but the price was not included.---I guess this means it was FREE!!! Just kidding as I know you already have my money. This is a 5/1 anniversary gift so my wife has yet seen it. HOPE SHE LIKES IT!!!

    Retuning dissatisfied customer. I have bought both the gold and silver Roses. They are beautiful and worth buying. The problem is the free shipping. Your item is mailed in the cheapest plastic bag imaginable with zero protective packaging material. No bubble wrap, paper, literally nothing. Both my items arrived with their wooden boxes scratched.

    The rose itself looks amazing but the shipping and packaging was terrible. It wasn't shipped FedEx Express as advertised but instead it was shipped FedEx Ground. Since it was an Anniversary gift, I am thankful I ordered it with enough time to arrive before my special event. The shipping package was an oversized, unpadded envelope which allowed the box containing the rose to roll and bounce around causing the corners and edges of the black display box to get damaged. Also, before it was shipped, it appeared to have been stored in a dirty location for an extended amount of time. When I slid the black box out of its thin outer cardboard box, it was covered in dust and dirt. When I opened the black box, the velvet edges had a thick coat of dirt. I was able to clean the dirt and dust off of the velvet edges and velvet bottom of the black box display box, as well as use a cotton cloth to clean the glossy outside off. It was great to know at least the rose was not damaged.
