  The first two roses came broken. It could have been in transit, but not 100%sure. They did send a third rose that was good. The rose and jewelry were beautiful and my wife enjoyed the gift. Other than the first 2 roses being had a good experience with this group.

  The rose I received dipped in Platinum was not near as beautiful as the rose displayed online. It is satisfactory and will still be enjoyed by my parents celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. A little disappointed, but it still is a beautiful gift. I can send a photo of the one I received if you want.

  The rose was awesome. The box had a little damage on the edges due to uncaring shippers. Could have been package better. Would have rather had the brown leather. It may have endured shipping.

  My order arrived damaged and 4 days late. The shipping delay I can really only blame the post office, but the rose that I ordered my fiance arrived broken. When she opened it, one of the leaves was crushed up against the stem of the rose which broke through the gold and ceramic coating. This is frustrating as I am stationed overseas and tried to get a great gift for her. I am waiting to see how their customer service is going to rectify the situation.

  I have bought half a dozen roses from Eternity Rose. All ranging from open bud to tight bud. Glazed and full dipped. My wife and I absolutely love these! They are so elegant and very high quality. We like the fact that they are truly real roses encapsulated. A beautiful showcase item. I will continue to purchase as long as their product quality does not fade. I feel i should also say something about their customer service.....Also excellent!!! I did get a rose one time damaged. From shipping I believe. All i did was send in a picture as soon as i witnessed it, asked what to do, and before i realized i had a reply i also had one in the mail to replace the damaged one. That to me displays great care and consideration in the moment you are trying to share. I thank you Eternity Rose.

  The Rose has been received in perfect condition. If I may suggest though! The postal driver was flinging the package around like a back pack. There aren’t ANY identifying marks to “Handle with Care” as the product is Fragile. Perhaps you could have the outer plastics envelope stamped in Red with this so these guys can treat the product a little better. Other than that my wife’s smile can’t be turned off! She absolutely loves that Rose and Is very happy! Thank you again for responding so quickly. Please send a link for a review from your company and I will gladly share this experience.   Website is interesting. One moment, shows product out of stock and the next, product is in stock. When they ship, which I did not notice on the site, they sent the package where signature is required. As a gift, the person receiving signed for it so it raises questions ahead of time.

  The rose itself is very nice. The problem I had was the box (piano black) it came in the corners were chipped out. This was the second one, the White box just thrown in a bag no protection. I was going to send it back after my anniversary, my wife said it was fine. I spent almost $16 to send it back. I was not happy about the boxes but the rose was very nice.

  I ordered the Gold Rose and White Rose Heart Earrings/ Necklace set. Shipping was extremely fast as it only took about a day and a half to receive the order which I purchased for my wife as an anniversary gift. The Rose and the Jewelry were of excellent quality. The leather display box left a little to be desired in my opinion since it had a couple of bad places in it and the interior lining was slightly coming apart in one area. Normally I'm not overly picky but since this was a gift for my wife and considering what I paid for it I expected all aspects of it to be as perfect as advertised. I didn't have time to return it so I decided to present it to my wife at our anniversary dinner and make my complaint about the display case known afterward. Upon receiving it my wife instantly fell in love with it and didn't want me to voice my concerns over the case's imperfections. Also, I didn't receive a Certificate of Authenticity for the Gold Rose so I called and requested one. I provided my order number as requested to prove my purchase and was ultimately told a Certificate would be sent to me. It was not. Because of the misleading customer service and the quality of the display case I deducted a star whereas it should be decreased by a star and a half. The Rose and the Jewelry themselves actually exceeded my expectations and the smile on my wife's face made it all worthwhile.

  My order arrived, quickly as promised however, the display box was damaged in shipping due to very poor packaging as it was sent in a shipping BAG without padding. As it now will be too late to provide as the intended gift, I would please request a refund and asked to please provide a shipping label so I could return the package. I was informed if a customer prefers a refund, this constitutes a change of mind on the purchase, and you are welcome to send the product back to us. And as per change of mind, the customer bears the cost of the return postage. I answered, this is not a change of mind but poor packaging on your part and the photos will show that. I don’t see why I should need to pay for return shipping. I attached the photos as instructed. The response was. Regarding a replacement, we currently do not have any spare empty display boxes in this style. We will have some spare boxes in the style you ordered available in a few weeks if you are happy to wait. This is going from bad to worse. As I am sure you can imagine; I am extremely disappointed. My final thought is that most online businesses’ very existence are based on their customer service and in this case Eternity Rose should have offered to provide a return shipping label. After all the defective packaging was their fault in the first place. Then they could just send a completely new item or if because of non-available product, offer to provide a full refund.

I would like to reassure you that you have already been refunded in full, but it may take up to 5 business days for this to appear on your account. This depends on your bank. In regards to damage, it is very rare that a product will become damaged in transit. However if you receive a faulty product, we will send out a replacement as soon as you notify us. We use express shipping, so the replacement will arrive very quickly. There is no cost to you for a replacement. We also carry a lot of stock so it is unlikely that we will be unable to replace your original order. However if a replacement for your original order is out of stock, one of our options is to offer an upgrade on your order. I can see that in this case, we offered to send you our premium leather display case which is our most popular. If this does not suit you, we will aim to source your preference from one of our other warehouses. I understand you did not wish to wait for this.
