    I was first shipped a water bottle instead of the gold dipped rose I purchased. FedEx express delivery scheduled to arrive the 12th has just informed me that they have an empty box with no actual package or rose inside. I’m not sure they even sent me the rose at all after their mistake. All I wanted was a Valentine’s Day gift, and here we are a week later with nothing but questions. Still haven’t received the product that I paid for, which is all that I have wanted.

    Hello. We are terribly sorry you were sent a water bottle. We sent out a replacement of your order immediately, with expedited shipping. Our products are shipped through a large distribution center which manages multiple clients, and a warehouse staff member accidentally mixed up your order with another customer who ordered that water bottle. This never happens, and we sincerely understand the shock and disappointment. Please note that we haven't received any further messages from you since 10 Feb when we notified you about the replacement being shipped, so if you are advising that you still have not received the package, we will look into this for you.     I was excited for this unique gift for Valentine's day. I ordered a gold rose with window box on 2/3. On 2/7 my package arrived, but with an empty window box, no rose. I called the phone number on the website, spoke with a rep who said someone would be in touch. The next morning I received an emailed from Danielle. She apologized and shipped a replacement box and rose to me the next business day. This new package arrived on Valentine's day. EMPTY again. I again contacted the phone number on the website, spoke with a rep who took my information and said someone would contact me asap. It's been 2 days now and no response. I've now opened an issue with PayPal and my bank disputing the $169 charge for an item I've never received. Maybe they only sell $169 boxes? I'm not sure, but I'd stay away from this place.

    Hello Joe. We are terribly sorry you received 2 consecutive empty cases. This has never occurred before and we have investigated and managed the problem with our distribution center. We have arranged for another Gold-Dipped Rose to be shipped to you with expedited shipping, and Danielle will keep watch on its delivery and send you the tracking link. Please note that we received one phone call from you on 9 Feb to which we replied immediately and sent the first replacement. You then wrote to us on 12 Feb asking for the tracking link and we replied the same day with the information. We then received another phone call from you advising of the second empty box and we replied again, and the 3rd package has been arranged. Please check your spam folder if you cannot see our messages. We again, are awfully sorry about this experience and understand the disappointment. You will soon receive your rose and we are here to ensure this is resolved to your satisfaction.     My original order of a gold-dipped rose was a disaster, as the package was destroyed in transit. The outer box was in pieces and the display box was so damaged that it just lay flat in pieces. The rose itself was also in pieces. I was upset as it was meant to be an anniversary present for my wife. I contacted Danielle at Eternity Rose and she immediately took action to remedy the problem. I forwarded photos of the damage and within a week I had a replacement in perfect condition.

    The rose was absolutely beautiful and of good quality. The box and certificate makes it look so distinguished too. I bought a similar rose from another company with a similar name, but the quality was poor. I was very pleased with the quality of the rose from this company, as well as their prompt delivery and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend.

You placed the order after 1pm on Friday 7 April, and so the order wasn't processed and dispatched till Monday 10 April (we explain that orders must be placed before 1pm on a weekday for same-day dispatch, and orders are not dispatched on weekends). It then arrived later that week.     Customer service is excellent, the Rose is excellent. The only weak part for me was the packing. Weak overwrap and not padded. The decorative box suffered a chip on one of the corners due to the poor wrapping.

    Very dissatisfied with this product and customer service. This was shipped to my fiancée and what she received was not what was ordered. The wooden display case was missing screws, hinges falling off or missing, screws coming out of the side of the box, authenticity certificate was smudged and creased and the rose had a petal that basically was falling off. I reached out to this company by phone twice and email, never received a call back or even a hint of acknowledgement they had received my complaint. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the product is nothing but junk.

    Hello. We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience. On the very rare occasion, a customer's display box may become damaged in transit, but we always send out a replacement immediately. We unfortunately cannot locate any messages from you. Please send us photos to this address and we will take care of the matter for you: info@eternityrose.com In regards to the internal contents of your package, it is bizarre that the authenticity certificate was 'smudged and creased'. These certificates are pre-printed 12 months ahead of kitting the orders. The ink does not run, and we use premium grade card-stock which does not easily bend, and is firmly inserted square-down the inside of the velvet lining inside the box. Someone would have to have physically opened the box, pulled the certificate out and folded it. We are also sorry to hear that a rose petal was falling off. Please do send us photos and we will arrange a replacement for you. Thank you kindly for your order and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Actually 2 reviews. Product was very nice and would have received a 5 all by itself. The shipping and handling were another issue. Website says 5 days to west coast. I'm in Ga. Took ten days for me to receive, 3 days past Valentine's day. E mailed customer service twice and never received any response. I wanted to return for poor service but my wife liked it so much we kept. Will follow up thus review on Google and etc so others can know what to expect.

    This is my second time ordering, so I am surprised and disappointed. The item never arrived. Tracking on the item went stagnant. No reply from the very limited methods of contacting Eternity Rose after repeated attempts. I may have to use other means to assure refund. The product may be good, but that is irrelevant if the shipping and customer service is this poor. I suppose it would have been best if you had not tasked for a review before you resolved this customer’s problem as it won’t be a positive review.

    i searched the web site and could not find the replacement pink earrings, my wife had lost one of the earrings, i called the help desk and was not given the help i needed, i was informed that if it was not on the website there was nothing they could do, and that ,they discontinued the pink earrings, and they were not able to help me. after the conversation, i returned back to the website, and settled for the red glazed earrings.

    I am a neighboring state from their warehouse as stated on the website so I assumed with expedited shipping I would get my order well within 1-2 business days since I ordered during the week. The event for which it was intended has long come and went. I ordered this rose on 11/9. It is now 11/17. It has not had an update or shown movement in nearly a week and that is one expensive rose to have floating around in various hands, money gone and nothing to show for it and I highly doubt they will return my money. Honestly I would have been better off buying this cheaper for under $50 with stands and glass dome display cases all for less than I paid for the rose. The cases with windows were all out of stock. So that meant another search online to get crystals stands and glass domes to display it. I have sunk a lot of money into this gift and the intended recipient has already turned 70 and celebrated the day. My finale gift now looks like an afterthought and this birthday feels like a marathon to them. Where IS the rose???

    Hello, The package arrived today finally. However I do have another issue now unfortunately with its condition. The oversized plastic mailer bag enclosing your thin cardboard box offered no protection to the fragile wooden display box. Multiple corners of the wooden box are chipped and crumbling from being smacked around during shipping. I need a replacement wooden box because it is unacceptable to present as a gift. If you can tell me how to send images of this damage I would be more than happy to do so. The box had absolutely no bubble wrap inside or outside the thin cardboard box so I’m guessing that is how it got so beat up in transit. Thank you for your earlier reply to my first issue and thank you in advance for your attention to this matter on behalf of myself and my mother.     I cannot actually rate the product, as I have not received it yet. 11 Day Later, as of this review. So, this is a review of my experience. The expedited shipping isn't and has become a nightmare. In my honest opinion, not verry expedited. I should have asked how many days to be delivered. I was figuring 2-3 days. I ordered online on a Friday afternoon. The package shipped the next Monday. Originally scheduled for delivery the following Monday. 7 days later from the delivery date, Then the delivery was updated and out for delivery that Friday, 5 days at best. This would have been okay, and to my home on Friday and in time to give to my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary that Sunday. My order was out for delivery to my home five days after shipping (Friday), I'm watch the tracking updates with the link provided by Eternity Rose. Then the delivery got redirected back to the sender, due to an incorrect shipping address to my home? I contacted Eternity Rose immediately Friday. Customer Service didn't get back to me until after the weekend (Monday). They sent the link to track the package and asked to verify the address. Eternity Rose had the correct address in their system. If i were in customer service and had received my call, I would have shipped another product overnight UPS or FedEx, for delivery that Saturday. An extra cost on their part, sure! But a very satisfied customer definitely! And a much different review than I'm writing today. DHL and US Postal Service error I'm guessing. None the less, the gift for my wife for our 40th anniversary didn't arrive in time. The Package as of this morning (Tuesday) is for preparing for delivery to the Sender in Traverse City MI. Eternity Rose needs to utilize a better delivery team than DHL and the USPS. At least provide options to the customer when ordering. I would have paid to ensure this special gift was delivered to me in time. Sincerely, D. M.

They had difficulty locating your business address where you wanted the item delivered, and they attempted to call you 3 times. Unfortunately they were not successful in reaching you and the package was subsequently returned to sender. We can arrange another package to be shipped to you overnight, and if you can provide a residential address, this would be helpful. Please note we received your phone call on Saturday 24th September, and our warehouse is closed over the weekend as we explain on our website. Our call centre is however open 24 hours to assist with general enquiries, and we will respond to all other issues they cannot answer within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Our customer service team will follow up with you in the next 24 hours to obtain a residential address and we will get the package shipped immediately to a new address.     When I ordered your rosebud after I saw it online, I thought it looked very nice and bought it for my wife for our 50th Wedding Anniversary hoping she would like it. When the package arrived and I saw the box I was amazed. Then opened it and saw the rose and I was totally blown away. It was great! I hoped my wife would like it. On our anniversary when she opened it, she loved it! Our daughters really liked it as well. I am very satisfied with the product! I totally recommend it!

    The product is nice, as described. I don’t know if it’s worth &169 though. And it was delivered in a bag that came open during shipping. It was open when I found it in my front doorstop. It did not appear to be ripped open or manually opened. The seal just came apart during shipping.

    The item itself was not damaged. My main issue is that the item arrived 1 day late. It was an anniversary gift for my wife. We left on a trip over the weekend so not only was the package late, it was left outside for the 3 days we were gone.

    I would have rated 5 stars, except I called the (855) 997-0311 number listed on the confirmation page and it is not in service. My only option was to call support which was a contracted support company. It made me feel the support system was an layer to protect the company from the consumer. Later when I received my Fed Ex tracking information, it listed being shipped from Federal Prison Industries. If the company uses the Federal Prison system as a resource, I think it should be shared as part of their "about page", which does not exist.
